It was extremely quiet over the evening and into the morning. I was pretty impressed because the doors are extremely loud when they shut. So I guess I was just lucky nobody had to get up early and leave. It was very clean. The pool looks nice I didn't get in but it looked very clean. I would stay here again, but I did decide to go to La Quinta for my next trip just because the rooms are bigger with carpet.

The room is small and little decor no fridge and no personal microwave

Room was clean and comfortable. Motel was very close to the parking lots for the International Balloon Fiesta. Nice king bed. Gruet winery tasting room about a block away.

Housekeeping wasted time, energy, and money by replacing towels and soap every day. The sink faucet had very low water pressure, and the hot water was hot enough to scald you if you weren't careful.

The location to our needs were not bad. We loved the fact it felt safe and secure. Staff was very pleasant. Surprised and very pleased with the fact they cleaned the rooms and replaced towels each day. Great job and will look forward to staying there again.

Other people with dogs NOT cleaning up after them. Traveling with dogs is a choice but in turn pet people should also respect property and take the time to clean up after them

It’s a perfect distance from the Albuquerque Balloon Festival to walk or ride a bike. Close to Tin Can Alley and Target for meals and snacks.

The staff was great!!!

The maintenance man was very good. The TV and refrigerator were not working, so the maintenance man figured out that it was a breaker and fixed it. He also had an awesome personality.

Everything was fine, was on a knee scooter after injury. So room was a little wider to accommodate that. Thank You.

Parking lot cracks were a bit of a challenge with knee scooter. Wifi seemed slow.

Exceptionally happy and pleasant staff. Perfect location for Balloon Fiesta. Ubered for $37 there and $27 back on the first day of the fiesta. Daily maid service, which isn’t a given nowadays.

It’s an older facility. Bare bones extras. It is a motel 6, not a Hilton.

It served its purpose. Just a clean comfortable place to stay that’s easy to get into and out of on our trip.

The card access to the door in the back was broken. Running around the front in the rain isn’t the best when trying to load/unload the car.

We were visiting for the Balloon Fiesta. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the room was exceptionally clean. I was pleasantly surprised.

The room didn't have any vanity space; it was a single sink so not much room for toiletries etc...

The property is in good location and have a very friendly staff. Joseph the guy was helping us was super nice. Helping us to get the room close to the front door. Very helpful for our elderly family to walk closer to the parking lot. Thanks to him for being so kind to all of his customer. Anyway we love our room because we have a refrigerator and microwave oven.

The front door was very dirty due to the cigarettes butts. We still smells all the smoke and it was so nasty to see the cigarette butts all over the main entrance door. Ashtray need to be move down away from the main entrance.
