The breakfast was great!! Great selection, great service. Room was very comfortable. Good sized room for 5 people. Location was great. Close to the freeway and stores around the area.

The indoor pool was comfortable and relaxing but the hottub and the pool were very chlorinated. We were only able to swim and relax for about 15 minutes before we had to go rinse off because the chlorine was stinging our eyes. I do not normally carry goggles to swim in an indoor or even outdoor pool so there was no way to avoid the high chlorine levels. There was no air circulation as this was an indoor pool. There was one large fan in the back corner by the gym but I doubt that would have helped the situation. As it was late in the evening I did not bother to say anything to the front desk.

The hotel was in a convenient location to I 25 and the soccer fields in Bernalillo and to the church we attended on Sunday. Our room had a beautiful view of the east mountains. Loved the breakfast choices. Staff amazingly friendly and helpful in meeting our needs of extra blankets, new room with electric outlet next to the bed that worked, and forgotten necessities like toothpaste and a comb.

One of the “essentials” for my stay was a pool and a hot tub. The hot tub was closed because of a chemical issue and the pool had an underwater light that cam out of the fixture due to the waves that my grandkids made in the pool. It was screwdriver back in by the front desk employee by the guidance of the maintenance man but we chose not to enter the pool again. ☹️

The beds are comfy specially the pillows. I also liked that I forgot my shampoo and they had good quality shampoo, conditioner, lotion and the hair dryer is also a plus.

The nigh shift lady was not customer service oriented at all. The lobby, the elevator and the swimming pool area needs more detail cleaning attention. We had to wait a long time to have breakfast because the weren’t prepared to refill on timely manner.

Beds were comfortable and we loved the lighting behind the headboards of the beds. It made the rooms feel more modern and upscale. Restroom was great, plenty of toiletries. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Strong wifi and well-lit parking lot. I loved that the washer and dryer machines took payment through an app. We didn't have change, so it was convenient to do laundry without actual change.

Parking lot wasn't big enough to accommodate all guest staying at the hotel. The hotel was full that weekend as well. We had to park next door at the Circle K gas station. Though the cashier was fine with us parking there, I still felt uneasy about our car not in the parking lot of our hotel. We were told there's parking behind the hotel but it's alongside the road with traffic from other vehicles going to various businesses in the area. Definitely need to re-examine the parking lot structure.

I travel a lot and this property has the best customer service hands-down at least from my experience I had accidentally booked the wrong dates and the reception was kind enough to credit me for the days that I stayed. They were even nice enough to upgrade our room and gave us a late checkout option. I will definitely be back to this property if needed. I wish I could remember the name of the employees.

I want to start with with the breakfast area and the breakfast in general. it has a full breakfast and the guy JESSIE is awesome, friendly and really cares about the guests to eat a good filling breakfast before taking off for the day! The eggs were so good as well as the sausage biscuits and gravy and all the muffins…we were extremely hungry from traveling a lot. He’s a hard worker from what i can tell as after he cooks it all he keeps the area really clean. The hotel was very clean upon entering and the room was clean as well except for the bathroom floor, it had some sort of black dirt streaks from a mop (from what it looked like). it wasn’t a big deal however, I just put a towel down so it didn’t matter much to us. The room was very nice and cozy & the bed was really comfortable as well as the choices in the pillows. The bathroom door does stick a bit but it’s not a big deal, it just needs some WD-40 on the handle or something. All in all it was great!

not too much to dislike.

The room looks good and clean with necessary electrical devices and household furniture. The breakfast is ample and tasteful. The bed is softly comfortable. The location is not far from the Balloon Fiesta Park.

The staff was not at the reception desk when I arrived. She was sitting at a table in the lobby. When I left the hotel later, she was outside to smoke. The location is a bit far from downtown and major shops and fancy restaurants.

The room itself was very clean, the staff was nice, the breakfast was delicious.

I booked a double queen but was given a king with a pullout couch. I also requested a ground floor due to a medical condition.

Honestly, the most enjoyable was the customer service. I am huge on customer service as nowadays, it seems that people are losing the value in customers. Both Judy and Andrea was amazing! More than pleased with them, especially Ms Judy. Thank you for making my stay welcomed.

The toilet ran for two days and would not flash the last day but also I didn’t report it.

The breakfast was extremely good and the breakfast attendant was so attentive and wonderful!

We were on 2nd floor and the 3rd floor people above us were extremely loud at like 2:30, 3:30am and extremely loud in the morning too. Not the hotels fault!
