Good size room but it could have had another chair added as there was only a desk chair. Great location fir the balloon fiesta. Easy to get to and from on road system, but not noisy with traffic. Good breakfast served but too much disposable plastic and cardboard involved. Pool was a good size for a motel. Easy parking. Expensive during balloon fiesta, for what it is, but good value once that event was finished.

No net curtains so you had to have the curtains closed for any privacy. This really needs resolving as many people comment on it. Our bathroom tap leaked and light flickered a lot. Expensive during balloon fiesta.

The pool was heated and very clean. The small breakfast was perfect and staff were friendly and accommodating. Very reasonably priced. The room had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.

Because it is older our room showed it, in the tub area mainly. But the bed, bedding and room were comfortable even though it's small.

The room and the bed were fine.

They had already assigned me a room on the third floor, 3 flights of stairs up. At almost 70 years old, stairs are not my friend. I didn't say anything because the guy at the front desk wasn't super friendly and I just wanted to be done with him.

Everything was adequate and a good value relative to similar motels in Albuquerque, NM. A special addition was the clean heated and non-chlorine outdoor swimming pool, especially this time of year.

The room could have been cleaner. Water pressure was low for shower.

Easy drive to the Fiesta Park- on back roads for the Balloon Festival! Nice decor updates and comfortable bed.Fairly quiet on the backside of hotel.

Need to add a sheer curtain to the one window- currently only option is a black-out curtain which makes the room very dark or no curtain and those walking by can look in. Also no sidewalks in front of hotel for walking. No restaurants to walk to.

The lady at front desk . I think Lisa. Will always be the reason people come back . She is awesome. And we love the rooms and locations. I don't even look at other hotels when we know we coming down.

Just wish could have gotten ice was really not no ice no floor

The bed was comfortable, the room its self was clean just had a nasty smell of smoke.

Even tho i had a non smoking room it still smelled of smoke. Also the tv does not let you use the HDMI to plug up an xbox..

I loved how I was able to park in front of my room.

Only thing I had to complain about was the light in the bathroom. It was very dim I had to leave the door open to get light in. Not a big deal though

Great location for ballon fiesta. Size of room, comfortable beds, two bathrooms in suite, friendly staff

No hot water in tub. There was a notice there would be no housekeeping service, so my friend left a couple of unfinished beverages out, then housekeeping came in and disposed of them while we were out.

We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the hotel, the friendly staff, and how clean the hotel is. It was good to be welcomed by the staff and very courteous service. We have stayed at other places for a higher rate but found those hotels dirty, mattresses needing to be replaced and staff that were rude the minute we walked in But this was a very pleasant and clean experience we enjoyed. Hope it stays that way! The yard is well maintained with a beautiful landscape and an outdoor pool that is clean!

The only thing I didn't like is our stay was short!
