The offers for conventional breakfast and dinner, plus the drinks for adults!

The pool area, had to many people, probably over capacity, my children got 45 mins to swim by the time there was room for them to get in, before the pool closed. Need longer pool hours, or adult swim time...

Everything, from the time we walked into the lobby, to when we left. Cleanliness, friendly staff and the rooms were very accommodating. It was so nice that your hotel offers something to eat in the evening. Plus a complimentary drink. But there was one person who really stood out. His name was Mark Glass,. While having dinner the first night, he helped the staff during the dinner rush, he was so friendly and went table to table asking people if we needed anything, and if we were enjoying our stay and the dinner. Turns out he was a General Manager, working there temporarily, and resides in another state. What a gentleman, and so professional. He told us a little history of the hotel. Mark made us feel as if we were in his living room, and because of him, I will always stay at the Drury Inn.

The service was excellent, and the food was delcious. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing.

I was expecting a walk-in shower/tub for the handicap assessibility when I booked the reservation and a room closer to the elevator due to the limited mobility of my family member. However, the facility was able to provide a shower bench, which worked just fine. And I suppose we were at the farthest end of the hall because of the stairwell, for fire safety reasons. I know now to be more specific with my request for special accommodations. We are new to these new physical limitations.

Well located, lovely, welcoming hotel - clean, comfortable with great amenities and bonus ‘kick-back’ food in the evening & tasty breakfast in the morning. Also loved being able to do some laundry & use the fitness centre but by far the greatest assets of this place is their wonderful staff! Elizabeth & the Team were so kind, friendly & helpful & a very special thanks goes out to the delightful Jessica who was all those things and much more! She simply couldn’t do enough to help us, making sure we had all we needed & on learning that we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary & my special birthday, Jessica even went to the trouble of giving us a hand-written card, some chocs, a local postcard & hotel pen. We were so touched & grateful at how this fantastic young woman went above & beyond to make us feel so special & welcome & we send our grateful thanks & wishes for her future health, happiness & success!

Not a thing!

Family friendly(6 of us), great amenities such as indoor pool, double queen beds suites with sofa bed, so can fit a family of 6 in a suite! Very clean room, Also hot breakfast and light dinner options, also free popcorn for snack(from like 4-6) and free soda drinks and coffee all day, which is great if you have a big family!!!((if you’re on budget, you could easily just eat what the hotel provides and you will be satisfied))

Only thing I can think of was the fact that there’s only 2 elevators but it’s ok since everything else was great!

every thing was great 💯. staff was awesome. my room was upgraded.with just one question. food was 😊👍. drinks great overall wonderful.

we went to get away for a few days, the only thing we had a bad experience was the pool. I guess we went when there was a large group of teenagers for games in Albuquerque and they were really rough in the pool area and the jacuzzi we were not able to even stay 5 minutes they were really rough and throwing balls around . and it was a football not one of those beach balls there was no parents around these kids and was pretty rough.

This was by far one of the best hotels I have stayed in. It was worth the extra few dollars to have stayed here this past week. The breakfast was exceptional (they have dinner included, and cocktails, but we didn't have a chance to check that out). The room was clean and comfortable, with no noise outside our room. Pool and work out facilities were great. We will definitely be coming back to stay on our next trip!

Could have had flavored coffee creamer. Seriously, that is all I can think of.

It’s location is great and in a safe part of Albuquerque. There are bunch of restaurants and cafes around in the same plaza especially this Iranian restaurant which is called Pars Cuisine. It has great security. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. The complementary food which is served for breakfast and dinner is great too. The shower and hot water is so relaxing. They have good channels on TV and good internet quality.

The happy hour was a great perk! The room, bed & pillows were very comfortable.

I didn’t like that there wasn’t grass for our puppy to use… there was only a couple patches in front of Mimi’s and we felt guilty using it. Other dog owners lamented the same thing. Also saw a homeless guy walk between the restaurant and the hotel when we were bringing our puppy out and that didn’t make me feel very safe.

Breakfast and Dinner was so good and fun. Met a couple during dinner that we talked with.

We come here for Hospital visits. We use the Handicap parking lot which is closer to the room on the North side of the building. We have a handicap Van that we bring with us for transporting Handicap individual. It is displeasing to see people park in the Handicap parking that have no disability, even if they are unloading.
