The hotel was familiar to us, though recently becoming a Hilton brand. We went due to our past stays under the prior brand name. We love the big pool! The beds were fairly comfortable.

Unfortunately the indoor pool did not seem like it was kept heated and was rather chilly. We were also bummed about breakfast being just bagels and yogurt (-- being that under the prior brand name there was a hot breakfast bar and options for those who have allergies) Also, in the bedrooms one of the beds was pretty much right on top of the heat/cooler so whomever slept there (me) was directly blasted all night and blocked the air from getting to the rest of the room. Also, there were no hangers in the closet.

I loved the accomodations. Spotless. Beautiful immaculate designer barrior free show and bathroom. In a little hidden "No Exit" location. Near great dining and almost limitless options as to what you would like to eat. I chose BBQ and it was Amazing.

The breakfast was a bagle bar. Fresh fruit, juice, coffee. Rather modest but very clean.

It was quiet, the room had 2 TVs so we could play games, place was nice and clean, we had fun... Right across the street from our rave, Convienent... The ac was amazing nice and cold... Rooms are perfect for a family...

The staff, the guy in the front was so negative and judgemental... He acted like he had no fun in his life... Gave me a creepy vibe... I did however like the Mexican lady by the breakfast area, she was so kind to us...

We always like staying here. Rooms are spacious and clean. Pool is nice size.

The staff is usually super friendly, but the gentleman working when we checked in was not very friendly and was kind of sarcastic when I asked how llate the pool was opened. I guess I didn't hear him when he first told me. The jets on the hot tub have not worked the last few times we stayed there. The price is a little high.

I've always stayed at this hotel most of my time, it's the cleanliness of the facility, friendly atmosphere, staff is wonderful, etc.

Rm 209 did not have air cooler cold enough, we were sweating... thank goodness the lady placed us in another room, thank you very much 😊 Although it was a beautiful hotel

Very great experience. Staff very helpful adorable Barbara 😊 she's very sweet and answered all my questions. Other staff members are great to😁.

Just that there was no microwave or mini freezer would have been helpful but other than that all was comfortable and cozy.

The quality of the breakfast items was very good. Great coffee machine, a nice treat. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms very spacious. The desk was large and in a convenient location.

The items available during breakfast didn't match the menu posted on the wall. Some items were not available between 0700 and 0800 when I ate breakfast.

The room size was wonderful

The pool area was littered with soiled towels. There were no clean towels available. When I went to the front desk the lady said that she was going to get in trouble for giving out room towels for the pool. While in the pool area the same desk person came in upset and delivered a bunch of hand towels. Another guest asked for a full size towel and the response was "well I see towels every where use 1 of those towels. The guest replied that those towels had been there all day and they were wet. Rude behavior and the hot tub is in serious need of repair and cleaning. Not all the jets work, there are areas on the edge with broken concert and there was mildew everywhere.

Breakfast was plentiful and well stocked...pancakes, waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, fruit, bagels. The desk staff went above and beyond in cheerfulness and helpfulness. The room was comfortable and microwave and fridge great to have. Pool area was spacious. Housekeeper friendly and supplied everything needed. Hand lotion had a wonderfully citrus aroma and convenient to have all bathing supplies in tub.

The kitchen lady was friendly and kept things well supplied. However, she could have tried to wash the tables in between people. BUT she was very busy cooking the eggs and bacon. The hot tub; jacuzzi was only lukewarm and needs a thorough cleaning. No safe in rooms. Rooms facing highway are noisy but we used sound machine and slept peacefully.

The in -room tub was great, front desk guy was nice, breakfast was very good!

We searched for hotels with a sauna and this BW came up as one that did, in fact, have a sauna per Google. However, that is not the case I was told when checking in. Pool and spa tub but no sauna. We were of course disappointed having heard that.
