From the minute we arrived the staff were very welcoming and informative. The room was very comfy, and clean and we had a balcony. We were allowed to use a terrace for breakfast which is a first for us being able to eat together with our dog .The hotel was so near all the historic sites. We will definitely reccomend this hotel to friends.

The property has recently been refurbished. Everything was lovely and clean and bedroom was very spacious. the breakfast was superb, lots of choice and freshly prepared. We stayed for one night on our way up through Spain and it was a 15 minute walk into Teruel which was very pleasant.

The car parking is underground and chargeable and also only for small cars.this is understandable as the buildings are very old but we were able to park our car on the street and that was free..

The hotel is well kept with very helpful staff on reception. The room was a great size and the shower was superb in size and water volume. We didn’t have breakfast but the smell of fresh bread was amazing.

Although the hotel states it caters form disabilities it does not have any dedicated parking for blue badge holders, which is a issue. However there is four parking spaces at the front of the hotel for guests to unload within 15 minutes. One of those could be dedication to disabled if not two as they seemed to be used by anyone especially locals, and reception has no power to move on. They should at least have a sticker to add to cars stating “Please do not park here as next time you will be towed away”

Convenient location: quick & easy to reach, close to the old-city sites, free parking (if you look around) nearby. Room small but modern and clean. Excellent breakfast at a reasonable price. Good-natured staff, including English-speaking front-desk clerk. Four arrival parking spaces directly in front for easy unloading / reloading luggage.

Front-side rooms above main street are a little noisy early in the morning. Ask for a room on the back.

Nice modern hotel. Very clean and with friendly staff. Private secure parking just down the street. One of the best breakfasts I've had on my travels.

Hotel was advertised as dog friendly and they even provided a small treat pack. But dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room and unlike the hotel we stayed in the night before there was no alternative provided so breakfast had to be taken in shifts.

Very clean and large room. Lovely man on reception in the morning. Great location, easy to get to from main road, private parking just down the road, only a 10 minute walk from the square. Teruel is a wonderful place. I’d heard that dogs get a treat bag but they can’t have liked mine as he didn’t have one haaaha.

Stayed in eight hotels on our road trip and this was the only one who charged for him. Would still go back there though.

I made a mistake on the booking and the staff was very quick and helpful to sort it and put it correct for me, they went out of their way to accommodate my parking as I had a high vehicle so made it difficult to use car park but that was resolved by the lovely staff also. Breakfast was amazing had lots of variety even had a special area for children’s breakfast cereals,yogurts etc.

Very nice hotel, comfortable, clean and well located. We stayed for one night and had to leave early the next morning so did not have breakfast. Though it looks very good with lots of choice. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Car parking, an interesting opportunity to test your driving skills!! One can pull in at the front of the hotel 4 or 5 spaces to do so for a maximum of 15 minutes. The car park entrance is approx 200 metres from the hotel on the same side of the road but back towards Teruel centre. Be warned if you drive a typical salon car (Mercedes c class size) you should be fine. Anything bigger (E class) then expect to have to shuffle your car into a space as it is very tight in turning and there are numerous pillars to be wary of. But not a problem , take your time! Car park is secure and has a side entrance that takes one out to the same street the hotel is on. All very safe. The hotel is located approx 10 to 15 minutes from central Teruel, definitely worth a visit for the Plaza Mayor, shops & bars. Definitely would stay again.

Nothing I wish we had more time to explore Teruel. A very historic city.

Arrived at night, was advised by friendly receptionist that it was safe and easy to park in road, room was very clean fresh and modern with a fabulous hot shower, wanted a hot drink and again receptionist very accommodating and made us 2 coffees. Comfortable bed, good sleep after long day travelling from Balearics. Great selection of breakfast items, will definitely return.

Construction going on in front of hotel, blocking access, would have been nice if hotel could have told us. secure parking was good just 50m down the street.
