Location is wonderful and the rooms are stylish and very clean.

If you are driving you are not guaranteed a parking space as their policy is first come first served. The nearest public parking is at least a mile away way and to walk back to the hotel in the heat is impossible for me. So sadly I will be finding a different hotel in or around that region. However, if you are not travelling by car this is a great hotel

The location right in the center of Teruel, but at the same time quiet is perfect. This is a very modern hotel in a historic building setting. Rooms are really great. We had dinner as well, very good. Breakfast was good not fantastic, but good. There is parking in the hotel through a car elevator and again the possibility to charge your electric car.

Great location in the centre of old town - building was super modern within an old facade on a quaint little square. Facilities were excellent as was the restaurant and staff friendly and helpful.

Really disappointed there was no secure parking available on site when we arrived (couldn’t be pre-booked even 2 months in advance) which meant we had the option of on street parking away from hotel (no parking in square) or the bus station car park … a real let down considering how good the rest of the hotel was.

The large room was very well equipped and very comfortable. Lots of light. Everything worked well and was in perfect shape. Very large and comfortable beds. Location was excellent. Restaurant outside the front of the hotel had a menu with some really tasty things on it, at reasonable prices. Very easy to find the hotel due to the signs.

Restaurant downstairs was a bit expensive for what you got. Food was good though. Parking was very convenient (in a basement accessed by a car elevator), but I hadn't realized until I got the bill that it wasn't free.

The staff were amazing ! So helpful with our arrival and directions to the car park. The rooms were faultless. The best ever bathroom ! Excellent location, right in the centre and very safe and easy to potter around this delightful old town. Don't be put off by the lift car park. It is plenty wide enough for a large Chrysler Voyager Grand and although a bit tight, not an issue negotiating a space, it would be quite ample for an average family sized car. Regarding directions, just get to the Hotel and they will help you with luggage before you take the car round to the garage lift, very close by.

Teruel is a small town and I suppose this is the best hotel you can get there. Do not get me wrong the establishment will live up to your expectations as a four star hotel. It is centrally located, rooms are spacious and clean and there are plenty of facilities.

Staff could improve their English. Otherwise you had better practice some Spanish before you go there. There is absolutely zero veggies in the breakfast. I am not a vegan or a vegeterian but having a breakfast only on cold cuts, cheese and eggs is just too heavy. I am sure some customers will appreciate cucumbers and tomatoes.

The location was perfect. Very dog friendly providing water and food bowls and even a medium bed for our dog. The room was big, so the bathroom. The bed very comfy. We could leave our dog in the room meanwhile we dinner downstairs. The restaurant food was fantastic. Overall experience was superb, highly recommend.

Everything! Location, interior, building, the confidence of this historical building turned into a modern, vibrant, proud stood-the-test-of-time abode, truly a work of art of well-applied intelligent restauration and modernisation!

The fact that we could only stay for 1 night!

First the convenience of the car park. Easy to access, spacious and secure. Worth the €18 daily charge. The beds were so comfortable and the room was spacious and very modern. Aesthetically the style of the hotel is very beautiful combining both modern and Mudejar decoration. The breakfast spread was very good, everything delicious. The evening dining room served a very good dinner, but perhaps too generous in size that we couldn’t eat it all.

The hot water in the shower was a bit difficult to adjust, but managed it.
