Friendliness, smiles, and asks how we were. The severe thunderstorms were very scary. Lightening struck very close, the hail pelting our car, just very scary for my 81 year old mother. The concern she was given meant so much to us.

I can say we always enjoy our midway road stop from NM to MN to visit family. We'll keep staying with Hampton Inn.

The front desk staff and hotel general manager were excellent. This stay was during the ice storm where I80 was closed, as well as secondary roads closed. They were personable, kind and knowledgeable.

North Platte is a desolate horrible place to put a freeway - dangerous and isolated for those traveling through in bad weather.

The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was better than expected. Very convenient location for stop off interstate.

We arrived late and no one was in reception to check us in. It turns out the person was helping another guest in another location in the hotel. Once the person arrived, she was very helpful.

The lobby was cold the morning we ate breakfast because the door was opening and closing and the weather was very cold. The heat could have been turned up because of that while we ate breakfast.

Did not have breakfast. We left at 5:30am. Bed was comfy and the front desk lady was very informative.

We did not like paying $60.00 extra for our little dog for one night. Best Western charges $25.00.

It was a convenient location for us to stop and rest as we traveled to Colorado. The room was clean, staff was friendly, and we enjoyed the discount offered at the Applebee's right next door.

Perfect location. Easy to find and leave on my trip. I wished I had time for the spa or pool. Two days was not enough.

Breakfast was a little overcooked. Good choices in foods. Coffee was weak.

The rooms were very nice, and brand new. We were the first ones to occupy the room. Very nice!

The pillows could be better. One was too little stuffing, and the other one was very hard lumpy.

Clean facility, comfortable beds, great fitness center with plenty of equipment and weights, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast.
