Breakfast was excellent. And right off the interstate. Price was a good deal.

Person checking us in was on the phone the whole time. Didn't give us any information like breakfast times, exercise room. She was very distracted.

I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and considerate. Best value I could find for a hotel stay.

Booking online was less costly than paying at check-in w/o booking in advance. I don't understand this business model but am learning "that's the way it is". The location was suberb. The property is next to the Veterans Memorial Park, the best I've ever seen, in any city any place. I am not a veteran but I'm grateful to all veterans for the sacrifices they've made for everyone of us civilians. My gratitude for veterans is second to none.

Quiet. Very clean. Location was great. We didn't go back downtown. It was under construction so we chose to drive to the North Platte Exit east of ours to find a restaurant. The location was also easy to get on and off Interstate 80.

The abrupt greeting of "Do you have a pet?" I realize this is a pet friendly motel, but there are other ways to ask. Such as: "We are a pet friendly motel, and do you wish to declare a pet? We didn't have a pet. Sometimes the direct approach for a tired driver is a bit "in your face!" Of course, I realize that after a positive answer, the next question will be....what kind of pet? I didn't like the direct approach.

Handicap room at the end of the hall from breakfast area. The handheld showerhead didn't fit the holder for hanging it up. Tub was scratched. Bathroom needed updated. The outside did not give a good impression with torn screens on some windows. We were double booked because the booking company's website kept looping so registration was submitted twice. I have not been able to reach booking.come for a refund

We got there before check-In time front desk lady was very nice and helpful and she let us check-in early Breakfast was good, had a variety of hot and cold food. The room was clean and bed was comfy. The pool temperature was perfect. Location was good quiet and had no worries about anything.

There were a couple of things in our room that needed attention. Some of the curtains above the air conditioner were ripped. It looked like they had been caught on the rod that moves the curtains or blinds. There was some peeling paint in the bathroom.

We had been traveling all day and needed a nice comfortable place to stay, and this place was amazing. It was super clean and smelled nice, not like chlorine like motels with pools typically do. Our room was great, there was a note left from the cleaning crew that said "Enjoy your stay". That was super sweet. The bed and pillows were super comfortable.

I had a king room. It was clean, though could use a coat of paint. The bed was comfy. I liked they had coffee in the lobby anytime you wanted it. Had to bring a cup from my room as they were out. No big deal other than going back up the stairs. What little staff I saw were friendly. The breakfast was good. Nothing spectacular. But it’s a free breakfast. I’d stay here again.

It’s close to good restaurants and downtown but not in town. Easy to get to. Clean motel. Provided a shower with a hand rail and shower chair like we asked. The bed was very low. Room was close to front desk on ground floor which was nice. Very good breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage, juices, cereal, pancakes, waffles, toast, bagels, biscuits and gravy, etc. 6-9:30.

We got an accessible room. Bed was too soft and there was no freezer in the refrigerator. If you want more towels you must ask as they clean only every three days and we just stayed 2. I don’t mind this policy but we were not aware of it.
