The staff is friendly and the check-in quite efficient. It's in a quiet location but still close to I-80. The room is spacious and the bed comfortable with a softer layer on top. The water throughout the Hotel is filtered. It has a small rectangular pool and a well-equipped gym with 2 treadmills.

- Breakfast: the apples were way their past prime. There was only one banana. The pancake maker was broken. - Hot water thermos in the Lobby was empty in the evening and could only be refilled by the breakfast staff in the morning - Please fix these details first then your premium pricing maybe justified

The room we had was great, we have a larger family with three grown kids having the pull out bed in addition to the double queen beds was a great amenity. The breakfast was yummy and hot which is one thing we search for when traveling.

Cleanliness of the shower was lacking. The fixtures in the shower had obvious soap scum build up on them. It could have been cleaned off without much effort, an obvious oversite by the cleaning staff.

I’m so happy we chose this hotel as our North Platte stop with 5 children! For roughly the price I would pay anywhere for that many people, we were given an extra-spacious room (about 50% larger) with the most exceedingly comfortable beds I can remember sleeping on! They were just noticeably comfortable! I mentioned it to the staff the next morning and their response was, “We hear that a lot.” :) Breakfast was delicious, with some upgraded options—sausage, eggs and TWO waffle makers. They even had family games available in the lobby. Swimming is important to us on long trips, and the pool AND hot tub were both in good shape and well attended to. When we asked about pool hours, the front desk clerk said “7am to 10pm… but we can get you in earlier if that helps.” Considering most pools won’t open until 8 or later, this seemed very generous! Speaking of, the staff at the desk and in housekeeping were all so nice that even my kids noticed and commented on it as we were driving away. This hotel will DEFINITELY be our North Platte hotel from now on (NP is the halfway stop to the family that lives 20 hours east of us… so we WILL be back!) Thanks for the great experience!

Front desk people very kind and worked to get what we needed.

The first day there the breakfast lady was great, rest of the days there the breakfast lady was rude and short. Breakfast was not the best, no yogurt, no orange juice any of the days. Not much variety. No coffee a couple of days Also there was only one ice machine working only on the 2nd floor for 5 days!!!

The available breakfast items were good. Kids loved the pool, and the suite was spacious! The staff was AMAZING, so so kind and helpful!

A lot of the breakfast items were gone (waffle mix, pancake maker didn't work, no juice, no hot water). Walls and ceiling were not insulated super well, could hear people walking above us late at night and early in the morning.

The location was easily noticed and easy to access directly from the highway. Staff was professional and friendly. Staff met my special request for a ground floor room. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Breakfast area was clean and orderly. The food was good, but...

There was no place to hang towels and wash cloths in the bathroom. The food could've/should've been warmer. I ate about 7:00 am.

Certain items could have been a little better, but all in all, the food selections were very acceptable and easily enjoyed.

Bacon was extremely thin and in some respects, a little greasy and under cooked (but still palatable). Biscuits were inconsistent but also still palatable. Everything else was extremely enjoyable.

Wonderful room, bed, great pillows, TV was nice, refrigerator great with freezer. Microwaved my food. Able with the couch to lay all my stuff out. The outlets worked for my charger plugs.

Just the toilet seat, it was open front, not closed, which was hard for me to seat on, I got pinched.

I loved this hotel. The room was excellent and clean and the suite was very roomy.

Had a table right outside the door and that is where the smokers congregated. Never went to the car without having to go through second hand smoke. I have asthma and my mom has COPD. Was not good for either of us. Maybe just move that table and chairs a few yards down from the door

Our family suite was large and comfortable with 2 queens and a pullout sofa, with some extra room on the couch for our youngest. The room was clean and nothing looked run down. It was all in great condition. The breakfast had a variety of options like homemade waffles, hot omelettes and sausages, bagels, toast, bananas, and juice. They had a nice water container with lemons in the lobby.
