The staff was so friendly and seemed to enjoy being around each other as well. We arrived late and the woman that checked us and was very kind.I appreciated the text communication option. My questions were answered quickly via text. Breakfast was quite the surprise, what a lovely spread. The breakfast staff very attentive to the guests as well as keeping the food area stocked and clean! My son and I had a great experience at this hotel. We will definitely be returning our next time through Nebraska.

I like how the security on the building is very locked down. You have to have a key and if you don’t you have to go by the front desk and to get into the pool, gym, etc you had to have a card. I thought that was amazing.

I wish there was more of healthy choices for snacks by the front desk or like cheese sticks, small lunchables things like that so that people who want a light health snack at night and people who want a heavy snack both have options. Also the beds are pretty hard, idk if it’s cause there new or if that is hotel standard but it was a little difficult to get a good nights rest. But other than that it was an amazing stay.

I loved that our family of five could share one room! Loved having a Kind and queen bed option. It was clean and the breakfast had a lot of great options. The location was very convenient and easy to find.

The pull out couch mattress was terrible, it looked dirty and was coming apart. The floor seemed like a better option 😕. Thankfully my teen could just use the couch cushions to sleep on. The fan in the bathroom was broken. We were woken up early by a very loud family and their dog. The walls must not be very thick. But honestly for the price of the room it was a good, safe place to stay.

Great location, quiet, spacious and clean rooms. Nice, pleasant staff. Great breakfast options compared to our other stays after a week of traveling. Beds and pillows were very comfy, grateful for the freezer compartment in the fridge. We liked the citrus hand soap in the bathroom. Very good value.

A night light in the bathroom would be nice. The carpet and such looked a bit tired, but it did not affect our stay. Nice place.

It was abundant, well prepared and good. I was especially pleased with the Philadelphia Cream Cheese for the English muffins and the delicious hot chocolate since I don't drink coffee or tea. Very comfortable beds, which was important to me. The room was updated however still had quirks like the bathroom fan being on when the bathroom light is on and also very loud. We use a nightlight we brought instead of waking up the whole hotel in the middle of the night. Breakfast was what I expected and I didn't enjoy the scrambled eggs or bacon. I think both were highly processed as is typical.

Not a fan of any hotel breakfast usually and nothing here changed my mind. Honestly, no issues were dire and I would stay here again.

This is a great hotel located just off the highway. It's convenient to many food options (we carried out Qdoba which is just down the street). It has a decent-looking pool which was overrun with families when we arrived so we didn't get to use it. But the room was spacious and the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good, our dog was welcomed, and all things considered it was a great stopover on the way home to Colorado.

Hot tub was not working, pool was too crowded.

I have stayed here often as my family lives in North Platte. It is my go-to hotel because it is clean and generally has a good breakfast.

I was disappointed in the breakfast as well as the $20 charge for early check-in. The sausage for breakfast burst into ashes when I crunched into it. I was asked to pay a $20 fee for early check-in when I was 35 min early. This was my first disappointing stay at Best Western. The pool and hot tub was also closed!

Clean, quiet, safe, very nice staff! There was a tornado near by and we lost power for about 4 hours, the staff was exceptional and helped keep our youngest calm and relaxed!

The fourth floor was much warmer than the other 3! A little bit more variety for breakfast would have been nice, but otherwise it was wonderful!

Staff were wonderful upon check in. Breakfast was fabulous! Rooms were clean! Made sure to get us ground floor rooms close by my parents for easy walking with disabled husband and father. Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
