This hotel is conveniently located near the freeway, making for an easy stop on a cross country trip. The building was quiet (we didn't hear road noise and only heard a few faint sounds of other people in the building). Our room had been recently refreshed and was very clean and comfortable. We also appreciated that this hotel is pet friendly and set up perfectly for those of us who travel with our fur babies.

While the room has new furniture and carpet and paint, they did not replace the AC unit in the bedroom portion of the suite. It was super loud and rattled terribly. We were too tired and already settled in when we noticed it, so we just shut it off and reported it when we checked out. Fortunately, it was a cooler night, so we didn't roast.

It was perfect: Reasonably priced and conveniently located. Spacious, quiet and clean space with plenty of countertop in bathroom for all our stuff. Big comfortable beds. Lots of outlets. Refrigerator. Microwave. Kuerig coffee maker! Comfortable temperature. Cable TV although we couldn’t get FOX or CNN News Channels, but were told that the 3rd floor had been recently renovated and that was an issue they were in the process of resolving. Parking near the entrance. Very close to stores and restaurants. Friendly staff. Delicious hot breakfast with delicious scrambled eggs and sausage, and waffle maker and a very friendly and helpful attendant. Thanks!

Comfortable beds , great breakfast and a very nice smaller workout room. The pool was a fantastic size and we loved the windows and the dog exercise area. However, the pool had too much chlorine.

There was a room confusion initially, and after we were already in our rooms, someone else was given access to our room, but it all worked out, and we kept the same room and they were reassigned across the hall .. however the pool had way too much chlorine and was uncomfortable to stay there very long

The breakfast was expansive and included heart healthy options, including whole grain breads, whole fruit, healthy cereals as well as eggs, sausage, and the usual pastries. This place was very inexpensive so my expectations were really low. It was perfectly clean, bed and linens were 100% comfortable. There was a gym and pool (which I didn't use, but would have if I'd been snowed in). Overall it was in better condition and services were better than places that cost more than twice as much.

Location is very convenient and an excellent choice for travelers with pets. All pet-friendly hotels should have a dedicated area for pets like this location has - our dogs LOVED the ability to run and play in the outdoor fenced area and we were able to sit on the patio with them.

The person that checked us in was not very forthcoming with information and did not take the time to sufficiently answer my questions. Some things do need to be addressed: our key did not work in the door re-entering the hotel from the pet area, the elevator was not working (but did not impact us).

The breakfast selection, the breakfast attendant were both wonderful. The room was clean (though a little dated) and the bed was comfortable. The price was excellent. This is what we needed for an overnight stay during our road trip. Location was great because there are a multitude of choices for restaurants. A comfortable bed with ample pillows, the large screen television, USB ports on the nightstand are all things I wish were standard. I wish I had more time in North Platte to explore the town.

As mentioned earlier some of the furniture seemed dated, the reading chair was a ratty looking.

great location, we came from the north and didnt have to drive through downtown. close to I-80. our second floor room was just remodeled-hard surface floors which is great in pet rooms. had large elevated cushion where our scottie slept on our blanket ( we forgot pet bed)

we thought $25 pet fee was too high eggs, sausage and biscuits & gravy were good but quite cold-no micro to heat them up who likes strawberry and banana yogurt?

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. There was a variety of breakfast food for anybody's diet. Parking for a 25' RV was spot-on! Happy we found this spot while driving cross country!

Pool was closed due to upcoming storm, which we could not track. The front desk clerk was blah. I see other posts that the pool was closed. The next morning, we had no remnants of a storm. All in all, a very great stay overnight!

Great pool and hot tub! Also two lovely courtyard spaces, one of which was dog friendly. They really welcome dogs here but they also make it clear where dogs are not welcome. Nice, large rooms and bathroom. Breakfast had a lot of variety.

Bathroom shower doors need some tinkering (they kept sliding open and closed). The ice maker badly needs cleaning (we were going to use it but decided better).

Night time Reception person was pleasant, delightful and efficient. Outstanding room! Room was large with walk-thru bathroom. TVs in both sitting area and bedroom. Cooling units in both sitting room and bedroom so we could have a warm sitting room and a much cooler bedroom.

We liked everything but we didn’t stay for breakfast as we were traveling on a tight schedule.
