The people were great! Everything was very clean and new. We were able to get a room where we wanted one and we really appreciated that. The window shades in the room did an amazing job at keeping out outside light. Lights in the room are nice and bright. The breakfast was pretty good and had good options. The cook came out to see what we thought of our breakfast and asked if we had any recommendations. We said adding non-dairy milk and better vegan options would be appreciated - it was so nice of her to ask.

There was no warmth (I'm taking about the coziness of the environment) in the hotel. It is very contemporary but not inviting. It seems sterile with no life. The bathroom light was motion controlled. Take this out!!! I didn't like this because when someone used the bathroom during the night, the BRIGHT light came on! It startled me, blinded me, as well as casting bright light into the room and waking others up. I wanted to sleep in, not be woken up at 3am by a blinding light! The room size is smaller than other hotels. Just enough room to move around and keep your bags of of the way - this isn't necessarily a bad thing, just an observation.

The location was good...just off I80. The room was clean and nicely appointed. Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The room lacked a closet or armoire for storing clothes, though there was an exposed rack for hanging things. This has become common in newer hotels. There was no coffee in the morning...missing filters, I think...and there was no machine in the room. There were several guests in the lobby looking for coffee and the staff was somewhat dismissive of the "inconvenience".

North Platte is almost always our place to stay when traveling to visit family so location is perfect. We have a member who need Accessible facilities; we were in awe of space for comfort of this family member. Staff was very attentive to resolving an issue for us. Breakfast was quick, easy and nutritious. The playground was a great treat with restrooms right there-genius!

It would have been nice to have written list of FYI about facility ( breakfast hours). I wish a motel can figure out how to make hvac less noisy; it took a while to get to sleep.

Facility was very clean and bright. Staff were extremely helpful and answered all my questions.

We were traveling cross country and wanted to get out early in the morning. Unfortunately, breakfast was not served until 630 and we needed to leave prior to that. We would have liked to been able to have the breakfast.

Very clean, white spreads, new, modern feeling, utilitarian. Breakfast was quite good even the egg white omelette and turkey sausage. Some healthy options. The night desk clerk was very nice.

Siri misdirected us twice so it took abit to find. The clerk didn’t have an adapter for the 3 prong outlet by the bed so my cpap machine couldn’t be plugged in there!!!!’n. Mnor in the big picture

The motel was very clean and staff was all very friendly. Great Location. Closes to inter state and shopping facilities.

Rooms are pretty small and no coffee pots in the room.

Clean and comfortable room. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming!

Breakfast area was lacking and poorly laid out. Noisy staff early in the morning, banging doors open and closed in the hall.

The address on property would not come up correctly! It only showed 202 West Eugene, not East !it sent us to Days in! Front desk said everyone E mentioned it checking in!

The hotel is brand new. Room was immaculate. Even though the room is small they managed to cleverly find room for an ironing board and iron and hangers and hooks for hanging a few clothes. Bathroom is very nice.

The door would not latch if left to close by itself. I had to push on the door after it closed to latch/lock it.
