The people were helpful and kind. There was a happy hour when we got there. The wings, cheese, crackers, nachos were enough for us to call dinner. Good facilities, good breakfast.

They had designated garbage cans to separate waste (compostable, recyclable, landfill) but even the breakfast ladies just tossed everything in landfill. They need better signage and to use the system.

Breakfast, pool, and workout facilities were great. The motel was busy but our room was quiet. The pool/hot tub is open 24/7 which was nice for a quick dip to relax before bed. The motel was staffed well (and friendly). The facilities were clean and spacious.

The room was overly bright with night lights, however, the one area that would have been nice to have a night light, the toilet room, had no light and the switch was on the outside of the room.

This is a very nice Holiday Inn express. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful. We choose this hotel when staying in North Platte because of a few perks. They have a happy hour with beer and wine and snacks. Which is a real treat if you don’t feel like going out once you’ve checked in. And the ladies who staff the happy hour are incredibly friendly and make sure you’re happy. Plus they have a delightful breakfast with a different staff who are also amazing.

My daughter and I did an epic road trip and stayed in several hotels. In all our travels, this was our favorite hotel by far. The staff are all friendly, accommodating, and go above and beyond. Every area of this hotel is super clean. The beds and pillows are so comfortable, and the room is quiet. The hot breakfast is the best we have had anywhere - multiple egg selections, choice of sausages, patties and bacon (bacon!!!!), warm cinnamon rolls and more! The pool area is clean and well maintained, and the hot tub has awesome jets - perfect after a day of driving. Also perfect after a day of driving is the happy hour with complimentary beer, wine, and lots of "finger foods" - fresh fruit and veggies, cheese, salami, chips and salsa, sweet treats and more. We stayed here twice and it was the highlight of our road trip.

Everything was awesome - I have no constructive criticism to give!!

I like the fact that they have full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash they have body lotion.

The only thing I would change would be the hours of the workout facility. I had gone down at 6 AM and the facility did not open until seven. I believe that’s a little late.

The property layout was great, the breakfast was beyond exceptional, the staff and service was wonderful!

Beds were overly comfortable and the sink/vanity area was in the main part of the room so getting ready, running water etc while kids slept was hard.

We were traveling through so didn’t have time to use the amenities but we were made comfortable by all the staff. Our room was clean and had coffee and a refrigerator. The food and fresh coffee were appreciated and breakfast people were pleasant!

The room was very comfortable and clean. I could have easily stayed longer.

The parking lot entrance from the road had some construction going on. It made the entrance a bit hard to negotiate. That however was not under anyone's control. So it did not reflect poorly on the facility itself.

The suite was roomy and comfortable. The continental breakfast was the biggest I've seen in a hotel The help in the kitchen even came around and picked up ur plates, asked about ur stay, just really friendly. The pool was clean,big and open 24 hours. Great stay

The elevator was slow

The rooms were clean. Staff was nice and helpful. We got in late and left early so didn't do anything but sleep and shower. But it was clean and comfy. Id stay here again.
