We liked the location. Our room was walking distance to plenty of shops and food outlets. There was ample parking. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were friendly. Plenty of toiletries and towels.

The bathroom was small and in need of repair. The water was lukewarm at best the first two nights but improved the following two nights. The kitchenette had not one utensil, not even a sink plug, dishcloth, or dish liquid. (Most motels in AU provide crockery, cutlery, etc, along with provisions to clean them, so we were unprepared). Overall though, we enjoyed our stay very much.

I stayed at a number of cheap hotels during my trip from the east coast, and this was the best one. The outside looks a little scruffy, but the room was great. Clean, everything worked, including an excellent shower, and a very comfortable bed. It was also quiet. They don't have breakfast, which is a good thing, because my experience with motel breakfasts (which I feel compelled to eat) has not been good. Apparently they put the money saved by not serving breakfast into improving the room.

I guess the exterior could be improved, but I had no problem with it.

The man at the desk was very polite and made me feel super welcome. The hotel was good for the price that was paid and helped us get some rest after a long day of traveling. It was also clean. We would stay again if we are ever in the area again. It also near a couple of gas stations and places to grab something quick to eat.

When we got there around midnight, in the parking lot across the street, there was a car/motorcycle meetup happening with lots of engine revving. Thankfully, they left around 30 mins later, but if we had been sleeping prior to this, I'm sure it would've woken us up. The pillows are also super thin, but thankfully, the bed itself is comfortable.

Very friendly staff and nice clean rooms. The location was nice. Central to most everything.

Metal outdoor steps were are very loud when guests go up or down making it hard to sleep. The walkways on the second floor had chunks of cement missing. Could twist and ankle or trip and fall, plus unsightly.

We were traveling two weeks. This hotel was perfect. The best. We could park right at our door. The staff was excellent. It was the best buy of all travels this year.

I can't remember. Oh yes, there wasn't a space in front of our door until the next morning but it was okay and not too far away as we have a lot to carry in when we travel, with work as well as oxygen.

For the price everything was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

Some of the outside of the building is in need of repair and renovation, but considering the price it’s fine.

Went to two concerts and the hotel told us about the North Platte community bus shuttle! It was wonderful and made our experience even better. My only recommendation for North Platte is you need some different restaurants like Olive Garden, steak house, red lobster. Too many pizza and Mexican places. Needs some variety!

Need some different choices for food.

There was no breakfast provided. The office staff was very friendly and gave us a great recommendation for a local Chinese food restaurant. That was a BIG help since we knew nothing about the establishments in town.

The coffee in the office lobby was lukewarm. We decided to go across the street to the McDonalds where they always have hot coffee and several good breakfast deals. I don't remember if breakfast was on the reservation information so that was not a big expectation.

I stayed 2 nights at the Hotel from Hell in Lakewood, Colorado booked by booking.com, a disaster dump that I would rate a 1 on a scale of 1-100 and would literally rate the North Platte Inn as a 100, cleanest hotel/motel I can remember ever staying at. I broke down in North Platte on Friday and the car was in the shop being repaired, which is why we stayed at the North Platte Inn and stayed a 2nd night waiting for it to be fixed, BTW it is still in the shop, bought a car from the owner of the shop to go home with and will most likely have to go back to North Platte to get my car. Will gladly stay at the North Platte Inn again. Great Property.

I can't think of anything bad about this property at all.

Great location, plenty of eating places within walking distance, beds and pillows were comfortable, nice big rooms! Location is pretty quiet considering I-80 is right there and lots of street traffic. We were traveling by motorcycle and the front desk let us park under the upstairs walkway during a rainstorm!
