Breakfast, pool, and workout facilities were great. The motel was busy but our room was quiet. The pool/hot tub is open 24/7 which was nice for a quick dip to relax before bed. The motel was staffed well (and friendly). The facilities were clean and spacious.

The room was overly bright with night lights, however, the one area that would have been nice to have a night light, the toilet room, had no light and the switch was on the outside of the room.

My daughter and I did an epic road trip and stayed in several hotels. In all our travels, this was our favorite hotel by far. The staff are all friendly, accommodating, and go above and beyond. Every area of this hotel is super clean. The beds and pillows are so comfortable, and the room is quiet. The hot breakfast is the best we have had anywhere - multiple egg selections, choice of sausages, patties and bacon (bacon!!!!), warm cinnamon rolls and more! The pool area is clean and well maintained, and the hot tub has awesome jets - perfect after a day of driving. Also perfect after a day of driving is the happy hour with complimentary beer, wine, and lots of "finger foods" - fresh fruit and veggies, cheese, salami, chips and salsa, sweet treats and more. We stayed here twice and it was the highlight of our road trip.

This is a very nice Holiday Inn express. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful. We choose this hotel when staying in North Platte because of a few perks. They have a happy hour with beer and wine and snacks. Which is a real treat if you don’t feel like going out once you’ve checked in. And the ladies who staff the happy hour are incredibly friendly and make sure you’re happy. Plus they have a delightful breakfast with a different staff who are also amazing.

We were traveling through so didn’t have time to use the amenities but we were made comfortable by all the staff. Our room was clean and had coffee and a refrigerator. The food and fresh coffee were appreciated and breakfast people were pleasant!

The room was very comfortable and clean. I could have easily stayed longer.

The parking lot entrance from the road had some construction going on. It made the entrance a bit hard to negotiate. That however was not under anyone's control. So it did not reflect poorly on the facility itself.

The suite was roomy and comfortable. The continental breakfast was the biggest I've seen in a hotel The help in the kitchen even came around and picked up ur plates, asked about ur stay, just really friendly. The pool was clean,big and open 24 hours. Great stay

The elevator was slow

The staff had a smile on there faces all the time. The ladies working the breakfast came out to talk and make sure you were happy with the food and see if you need anything. Some of the best service I ever got for breakfast at a hotel. The room were large and the beds were very comfortable.

Nicely appointed rooms and facilities. The standouts were the best hotel breakfast I've ever had and the very nice employees.

The rooms are efficient, aka small. The elevator doors are also quite narrow, making it a bit difficult to maneuver the luggage carts.

We booked the room late in the day and was pleasantly surprised to be assigned a king suite. We did not need the large tub, but the room was spacious, comfortable, and relaxing, obviously a new build or recently redone. breakfast was great, staff wonderfully pleasant.

One drawback to the suite was the lack of a desk or chair. Even though we were traveling for pleasure, both of us needed to do some work on our computers, so we used the end table or ottoman as a desk while sitting on the couch for a makeshift 'office'.

The hotel was clean and well kept. The breakfast was amazing, along with the breakfast staff!! The lady overseeing breakfast was so friendly and made our breakfast experience wonderful!!

We enjoyed everything.
