Staff very friendly..entire building very clean..easy to get food for breakfast and dinner..night vibe was awsome especially at the Pantai Puteri side.

Its to be much better if the host can upgradu more on room facility such as free wifi or netflix so guess can stay long or do some inside rom activity if dont go outside.

The 2 bedrooms apartment was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. The building is just across the sea. Beautiful view. Lots of eatery. In the morning, there is a shop for breakfast. We had masak asam (local dish) with roti canai. Delicious. The staff were all friendly. The guard, too. There is a reception, so it is easy to check in and out. You need a car, there is no bus. But one can always call for Grab or a taxi. It is quite a distance to Melaka town. You don't need to go to town when you have a beautiful beach in front of you. You can cook too. And there is a washing machine. All rooms are aircon and the dining area. There is a lift. We were lucky, the lift is near our apartment.

The apartment's floor was dusty and we found hairs all over the floor. Duvet and pillow has some stains but they smell clean. So most probably from old stains. Only one key, access card per apartment which is a bit difficult when some of us went out and some don't or went elsewhere, because we needed to wait for the person who holding the key to access the lift and access the apartment. No hairdryer (not really important but would've been nice)

Got laundry service, room upgrade is quite smooth. Facing Puteri beach & not crowded. Serviced apartment so no amneties. Got wifi modem provided. Nearby to local eateries. Front desk is very responsive. Communication via whatsapp.

Apartment is a bit quiet at night, especially at the end corner room because less tenant. Family stay is fine but solo stay, a bit quiet & creepy. Request room closer to service lift.

From pre check in until check in.... everything is smooth. The apartment is spacious and complete with kitchenettes, electrical items such as microwave, kettle, fridge etc. Both bedrooms are fully setup and the same goes with bathrooms. The location is nearby with an eatery area and beach. There is also a separate swimming pool for adults and children plus near to the children's playground.

No wifi, no mineral water and coffee tea facilities

Location was excellent, near to the beach and easy to get food. The apartment was big and spacious. Excellent accommodation.

The pool was crowded with people maybe due to the school holiday. Parking was limited but one was given by the owner. However, some inconsiderate individual decided to park at our place. Have to get the guard assistance to call the individual. Have to wait 15 minutes until the guy moved his car.

The location was amazing. Great view of the beach which was right across the street. Great facilities. First time seeing a karaoke room and a pool table room in these kinda places. Designated parking spaces. The house was very clean and comfortable

No WiFi which is the only major downside. Luckily the phone signal was good. There's a washing machine but no place to hang the wet clothes. The air conditioner in the living room stopped working after the 1st night
