The hotel was in a great location, it's a 10 minute bus ride to airport and 5 minute walk to bus stop. The room was very spacious including bathroom. Beds and room were extremely clean and comfortable. It has many good restaurants in walking distance. They had a coffee/tea machine in reception area, which was available all day, together with fresh fruit bowl. Lady at reception was very welcoming, although we did have to ring to say we had arrived, but this wasn't a problem, as it was during quiet time, so wouldn't necessarily expect reception to be manned all day.

Unfortunately we had to leave accommodation at 8am, to catch fligh, went down for breakfast at 7.30, as was served between 7.30-10.00 but there was no one around and no breakfast available. We did contact hotel who offered to refund something for breakfast, but they wouldn't refund back to card on system, they wanted my bank details which obviously I wasn't prepared to give. It's a shame as it would have definitely been a 10 out of 10 if this didn't happen.

Beautiful historic site, freshly rennovated close to beaches, and to good restaurants situated just couple of metres from the sea. Fantastic rooftop terrace, easy access to Split or Trogir bus runs in every 20 mins. Airport just 15 min away. The room spacious and very clean, good wifi. Very friendly staff always happy to help. Great breakfast (continental and cooked) superb coffee.

Stayed at this hotel due to an early flight the next day, check-in was easy and the host made us a takeaway breakfast for the following morning as we would be up early. The location surrounding the hotel was amazing, we really enjoyed walking along the beach front with plenty of bars and restaurants, lots of locals around and a wedding at the church next door! There is a shop close by too. The room was perfect for 1 night stay, would recommend to anyone - other family members have stayed since!

Lovely cozy hotel in the old city center. Family atmosphere, nice newly reconstructed interior fully air-conditioned with free Wi-Fi. So as our pretty room with comfortable single beds( even not double what we expected), big wardrobe and great bathroom with extra size shower. Daily perfectly cleaned, new bottle of water and bathroom cosmetics if needed. Also first time in hotel good quality working hairdryer! We had ordered half board which was for us great choice. For breakfast we could choose 5 combinable continental breakfasts plus non-limited juice and coffee. Coffee machine was available all day long. For dinner was served fresh salad from local seasonal vegetable with french bread. As main course we could choose 2-3 meals plus one for vegetarian. As vegetarian would appreciate little more choice but hotel staff was always helpful to our wishes. As desert was offered tasty ice cream with fruits of some little cake. On our request was organized week parking ticket which is necessary in this season for longer stay. Would be great also reservation car parking place in front of the hotel but was impossible. Also nice beach quite far away and not really possible to rent sunbeds with parasol even reachable by car. Not complain just a little tips. With small changes could be three stars hotel easily four stars ;) Overall we found for us hotel Benjamin as a great place, perfectly clean, handy service and we fully satisfied! I liked EVERYTHING about the Benjamin. I want to come back and stay longer! 1. They were EXCELLENT in communication. 2. I asked them to arrange rides from Split Ferry to the hotel, and next day hotel to airport. Driver at Split ferry had a card with our name on it!! Rides were perfect! 3. We were leaving too early for the breakfast. The hotel made us lunches (sandwiches, fruit, cookies) to take on the plane! And they lunches were ready when we checked into the hotel. 4. The staff (lovely girl when we checked in) were extremely friendly, accommodating, and made us feel very welcome! 5. The location is right on the water, and there are plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance 6. The rooms were modern, clean, and quiet. 7. It's a 5 minute drive to the airport - important for an early morning flight. We asked for a ride at 5am and the driver was there at 4:59am. Overall a great experience at the Benjamin Hotel!

Very cute, quaint hotel is an adorable town across the street from the water and close to restaurants. There's a beautiful church next door so be prepared for the bell tower to ring on the hour and half hour but don't worry, it's stops for the night at 9pm after 100+ rings. There's a rooftop sitting area that offerings stunning views of the town. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful location, close to airport, small quaint hotel. Friendly staff on reception. Receptionist made us a packed lunch to bring to airport as we would miss breakfast , unfortunately we left it in the room in our hurry! Apologies!

The property is really nicely designed and sympathetically renovated. The staff were super helpful and responsive. This js a small hotel (approx 20 rooms) so you get to see the same people everyday if you staff more than a couple of nights.

We stayed half board and honestly the evening meals were very poor. There was the same starter every night (cabbage, tomato, cucumber salad) and then a choice of 3 main courses. We are vegetarian, and there was only 1 choice for 2 of the 5 nights we stayed which was vegetable soup. I don’t blame the people working there as most of them were young and doing their best. But this hotel couple simply employ a decent chef for 4 hours a day and make a much most pleasant experience. We don’t often stay half board for exactly this reason, but it was the only option on this occasion.

The building has been completely renovated and the rooms have everything you need for a good rest. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and always attentive to our needs. The location of the hotel is spectacular, in a very nice place, comfortable, safe and very close to the sea.

Although breakfast includes a menu with several options, its quality could be improved a little.

Super fresh hotel (newly refurbished), clean with big rooms. Hotel is located in a nice quarter, close to the sea and several cozy restaurants nearby. The hotel is located very close to the Split airport so it is very comfortable if you have an early flight the day after or arrives late in the night. The staff was very welcoming and made a quick description of the area and restaurant recommendations.

No negative feedback to give, we are overall very happy with our stay at Benjamins. Please be aware of that the take off/landing route to Split airport goes above the hotel area. During night time, there are no planes taking off/land on the Split airport.
