On the whole room was tidy and clean as you expect. Restaurant was very good - evening meal choices were good and the cold table was excellent. Breakfast was also very good with varied options. Good access to Futuroscope by car or on foot.

Asked at reception for 2 additional coffee sachets - (we don't drink tea and had used the 2 in the room) We were told there were no additional sachets available - not what we expected to be told! Room heater (warm air conditioning unit) was slow to work.

The location is good for visiting the futuroscope park. I also asked for a late checkout coz I was very tired after a long drive and playing in the park, the staff were very nice and allowed us a late checkout at 13.30. The room was clean and the shower was bright and tidy.

The bed is so soft that makes it seem too small for 2 adults. Because one moves, the other must be affected.

The property was in a great location for our journey through France and was pet friendly which was essential for us. We arrived late and the staff were really helpful in helping us get something to eat as the restaurant was closing and showing us to our room. The facilities are simple but offer everything you need and there was plenty of space for us to exercise our dog after a long day of travelling.

Nothing - we had everything we needed and would certainly book to stay there again.

Carvery dinner very nice. The standard of the hotel overall was excellent.

Nothing. All good. A minor point was that a young, inexperienced and not fully trained member of staff was alone and struggled to manage check in and the bar.

The staff was really nice! Location of the hotel quiet, the room was pretty clean. I recommend if you want to spend a weekend ord 2-3 days at the Futuroscope (only 19 minutes walk from the park). Nice and good breakfast although a bit expensive for a breakfast buffet.

Had evening lunch here, the chef and the rest of the staff went above and beyond for us, couldn’t thank them enough. Perfect location to Futuroscope only a short walk

Fairly basic but everything you needed for a short stay . The location is excellent when travelling and also plenty of green space if you’re travelling with a dog

The room was comfortable containing air-conditioned although it had a 20-minute walk to the Futuroscope. Its front office contained a pleasant restaurant.

We stayed at this hotel as an overnight stay for our trip. The check-in and checkout is easy and you are made to feel welcome. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant has a varied selection of food which is well presented and tasty.

Hotel was larger then expected but easy to navigate and a large carpark. Breakfast was lovely if a little busy but the food was copious and good quality . Staff were amazing .We ate in the nice on site restaurant and the 2 gentleman serving were fabulous. car could be left while visiting Futuroscope.

Room was tiny and very squashed , it was clean and had everything including a kettle but hard to move around .I would stay there again though.
