The location, building design, neatness and the size of the room. The staff customer service were all exceptional.

The air conditioning was not effectively working. Especially the cooling.

The reservation staff claimed I was upgraded to superior room being my first time and that I was also offered breakfast which I was also told was not included in the cost for reservation.

I had to pay a little extra to be upgraded to the superior room which was not budgeted for as I already had a confirmed amount to pay with the online reservation made. I also noticed under the bed was not thoroughly clean.

Honestly, the breakfast is okay, the room is sparkling clean and the location is central, it is adjacent to the Ikeja Sheraton and a few minutes' drive to the airport.

Citiheight was pleasantly surprising in the quality of the facility. Location is excellent, near Sheraton Hotel. Front desk reception was excellent. Shout out to Lilian! Very clean sheets and towels. Excellent air-conditioning. Edikainkong was good; ordered twice! :) Very, very good for the price relative to similar hotels in the area. Booking.com discount was good too. :)

Steep tiled stairs going up from car park to hotel entrance. It would be nice to have someone help with luggage. Got help getting down the steps on check-out. Lift to basement where car park is located will be nice too.

I hated the fact that the new hired Admin lady's manner of approach is rude. Even in the restaurant, the manner at which she spoke to me and a young lady regarding our phones we kept on the table while we were dishing out our food was ridiculous... Please this need to be looked into because my using citiheight for 2yr plus, I have never experienced such from their old staff

The location as it's close to my meeting place. Their service is prompt

I paid more through booking.com almost 70k whereas it's cheaper booking with the Hotel site at 60.500

I have stayed in this same location 2yrs ago I was very impressed the the management and staff recognized my family right away and gave us exceptional welcome and treatment. I told my friends and family about the experience. Thank you for the hospitality love it

The location was excellent, easily accessible from the road and the staff were courteous and nice. The rooms were clean and the staff were responsive to my needs and requests.
