The room was very clean. the staffs were very friendly. It is close to the subway station making it easy to get to the city center even though it is not located in the city center. good Pizzarias are nearby.

I would improve the breakfast and would have appreciated a bottle of water in the refrigerator as it was summer and very hot outside.

the recepcionist was a bit confused when I told her I had a booking.com reservation, perhaps updating the staff would be helpful. I also had to leave my passport in the reception until the next day.. Otherwise the room and installations were very satisfactory

It has everything you need: fridge, fan, air conditioning, breakfast, shower, hot water, TV, good location for visiting Auto Museum.

Some minor flaws which do not affect the overall impression.

Well connected by metro line 1, Bengasi station, staff was very nice and they allowed us to leave our luggage after checking out. The room was very clean. Definitely would stay again

The light in the room could be improved

The location was not right for me but that’s not the hotel’s fault aircon was amazing despite the fact it automatically shut off every few hours. Bathroom narrow but well appointed.

It was clean, the staff was nice and the breakfast was amazing.

Convenience to public transport. Breakfast was good. Wifi availability. Overall nothing to complain about. Off the main road so our room was quiet.
