Staff is really pleasant and helpful, rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Beds are comfortable, each room features coffee machine and team set is available on every floor. Breakfast is also quite nice, with a good variety of local products. There is a nice garden perfect for relaxing or for working in a calm atmosphere. Hotel is located in the town's centre, but far from car traffic. Variety of restaurants and shops are nearby, and the S-Bahn station where you can catch a train to Koeln is also within walking distance. I have really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to everyone.

There was no AC in the room, that's the only reason I have not graded Malerwinkel Hotel as 10/10. If you are visiting outside of summer or you don't use AC, then treat this review as a perfect 10!

Great hotel, located near centre but still quiet and very nice place. Parking next to hotel, great breakfast, nice traditional rooms with good accessories. I really recomend .

I had a single room, very cozy and comfortable. Staff is super friendly.

I am not tall but my room had a very low ceiling which was fine for me but when you book and you’re tall inquire beforehand if you could hit your head :-D

noisy environment : neighbouring restaurants, large group of guests arriving after 22:00 making loads of noise. Room smaller than expected...

This was an extraordinary stay. The staff, although mainly German speaking, was extremely helpful. The breakfast and tea was the highlight of the day, and the ambiance was wonderful.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The grounds are beautiful. Suite in the Music building was amazing. Nice breakfast, great service, close to the tram into Köln, can't wait to come back.

I liked how convenient and stress-free this hotel was as a two day stopover while travelling. Parking outside the door, simple come and go for room access. Room comfortable and very functional. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. I enjoyed staying here.

Great breakfast. Location is really convenient, supermarket and the rest of the town centre literally across the road. Plenty of free parking.

The air conditioning was super loud, impossible to fall asleep so I had to turn it off.

Very nice hotel in beautiful old house. Stylish and very well reconstructed. Nice rooms with clean bathroom and all necessary toiletaries. Tasty breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay here.
