Very nice lady at the front desk, she was accommodating to my requests, and I am a smiley person respectful with the merchant proprietors generally, and her smiliness and accommodating manner useful to me because I contracted a cold earlier than my arrival and I didn't know about my cold until minutes later than my arrival.

My contracting my cold earlier in the day, earlier than I began my first night's stay of the visit, that's not the fault of Budget Inn of Hayward (tee-hee!)

Staff was very polite facility was kept clean inside and out close to stores restaurants and freeway

Clean lighting was great in the parking lot and was clean

The place was clean, except for some damage on the wall when I got there. Outside was quiet, clean, and comfortable.

The desk staff have attitudes when checking in. Friendly staff when checking out. It's always through the bullet proof glass no matter when you come... Thats concerning...

Nice rooms always clean the beds are very uncomfortable they need new mattresses badly but the rest of the stay and room and the staff are wonderful great location near freeway and food too
