We stayed in one of the villas which is a ways from the main hotel but there is a free Tuk Tuk to take you from the Villa to the hotel or to the Main Street of town. You can also book a Tuk Tuk through the hotel for your temple tours and the price is the same as if you booked elsewhere about $20usd for the whole day. The hotel manager is friendly, accommodating, and very fun to chat with. The Villa itself is fabulous! Very new, modern, clean, and the private pool is just perfect at the end of a busy, hot day. We have been traveling for 6 months and this is by far the nicest place we’ve stayed. The Villa may seem a bit isolated and off the beaten track, but just download the Grab App and you’ll never wait more than 10 minutes for your ride to arrive — you can choose if you want a Tuk Tuk for around town, or a car for further out adventures and/or airport service. The nearest large and very westernized grocery store, Angkor Market, is about a 10 minute drive away and here you can find just about anything you need to cook for yourself. The Villa has a large sofa — big enough for the whole family — and a TV with streaming services so you can all curl up and have a movie night as you will find you may be exhausted after a day of temples, waterfalls, or shopping. This was the absolute perfect accommodation for our family of 4 and made our stay in Siem Reap perfect!!!

The staff were incredibly friendly and the hotel is beautiful. The swimming pool is amazing. The location is very peaceful and our room was enormous with a fantastic shower. The hotel provides free transport into the main part of Siem Reap if you want to visit any restaurants, shops, bars etc.

Unfortunately there was a sickness outbreak at the hotel which could have been caused by food poisoning as they serve food on site. It's not clear whether guests had food poisoning or whether an illness just spread around the hotel but this did impact our stay unfortunately as we both became very unwell

Quiet comfortable room with a beautiful bathtub. The views from the room are gorgeous and the pool/restaurant/commons area are as pictured with beautiful tropical plants. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Wonderful hospitality. They arranged transport to and from the airport for us. They can also organize tours, provide rides into the city, and help with whatever needs you may have to make your experience in Siam Reap unforgettable.

It seems that there might have been a food poisoning incident... I became ill on my last night and saw another review indicating an outbreak had occurred during the same time period. It is unfortunate because we had enjoyed the restaurant before this happened.

If you seek comfort, a break away from the hustle and bustle of the city, with amazing service then this is the stay for you. We booked the three bedroom villa months in advance and the team with Riri leading communicated with us well so when we finally arrived, there were no surprises. On arrival we were greeted warmly by the team, with welcome drinks and afternoon tea. The villa is about 1km from the reception and main accommodation, but is serviced by a personal tuk tuk between the restaurant and reception and the villa. The villa itself is larger than expected and has a touch of class about it with a pool, living area, kitchen, dining and laundry downstairs. Upstairs boasts three large bedrooms with two ensuited. Two rooms have private balconies overlooking the pool. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are cosy, noting you are in nature and within the local community. Services between town and the villa are easy and accessible as you need. Lay was an amazing driver for us being welcoming and friendly with amazing knowledge of the area. Lay took us to the floating villages and out to Angkor Wat, providing service beyond his scope and making our experience amazing. When you stay request Lay as he is more than just a driver for you with great local knowledge and connections in the community. For meals, we are breakfast with the team for three out of our four mornings. The meals are tasty, fresh and affordable, being delivered at your request or you can eat at the restaurant (via tuk tuk). We ate at the restaurant on one of the nights and must say we weren’t disappointed at all. A massive shout out to Joseph and Phearson for their front of house service and our amazing meals as prepared by Sar and Kokada (who jumped in to help out in the kitchen), serving 5 star meals for us. Overall, this is an amazing place to stay when in Siem Reap with great service, beautiful accommodation, food, comfort and that break you need.

Nothing to not like. Just realise you are about 1km from the main reception and restaurant but this is catered for by a complimentary tuk tuk between and the same service into town for $1.50

Review: The Nature Resort – A Peaceful Family Retreat Near Siem Reap We had a fantastic stay at The Nature Resort, where we enjoyed one of their private family villas — a perfect choice for our family of five. Set apart from the main resort, the villa offered real privacy with its own pool, three spacious ensuite bedrooms, and a large open-plan family lounge and kitchen. We ended up cooking breakfast there most mornings, which made it feel like a home away from home. The resort itself is a peaceful, natural retreat, surrounded by greenery and birdsong — a perfect contrast to the bustle of Siem Reap town. The staff were exceptional, always warm and helpful, and available via WhatsApp at any hour. This was especially handy for organising tuk-tuks to and from the town centre. While the resort is located a little outside of town, it’s only a 5-minute tuk-tuk ride to the heart of Siem Reap, and just 15 minutes to Angkor Wat and the temple complex. We explored the area with a local guide and were blown away by the history, temples, and stunning scenery. Siem Reap also surprised us with its amazing food scene — we discovered plenty of great local restaurants offering delicious meals at very reasonable prices. Overall, we wouldn’t hesitate to return to The Nature Resort. It’s an ideal place for families looking for a peaceful, spacious, and authentic stay, just outside the busy town, but close enough to all the action.

Nothing really. Location could be a negative but was a positive for us I think in hindsight.

Look no further — this hotel was absolutely perfect! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The property itself is stunning, with lush, jungle-like surroundings, a gorgeous pool, and spacious, beautifully designed rooms. Ours had a luxurious bathtub, a super comfortable bed, and a breathtaking view overlooking the pool. The food was another highlight — breakfast and lunch were both delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The complimentary afternoon tea and snacks were such a thoughtful and lovely touch. Getting into town was super easy thanks to the free tuk-tuk service provided by the hotel. Even if it wasn’t available, the ride is quick and only about $2 using Grab. What truly made this stay unforgettable was the staff. They are absolute stars — so kind, attentive, and always going above and beyond. We felt genuinely cared for every single day and loved chatting with them. They made us feel completely at home (and truly, they all deserve big raises!). We absolutely loved this place — it’s hands-down the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed at, and we will definitely be back.

Super nice hotel, mostly made of wood and surrounded by trees, in a very calm and relaxing environment. The rooms are very nice, specially the bathtub and the view on the amazing swimming pool. The food is also very good. We would like to thank all the staffs that were super nice and helpful and made our stay very pleasant (special thanks to Melin and Rilly :). The hotel provides tuktuk pick-up and temple tour to facilitate your trip (thanks to Mr Toy for the temples and floating village tour).

This hotel is truly lovely, our ground floor room was beautiful with lots of space, directly opposite the pool. The whole place is filled with lots of plants and trees, which always keeps it cool and provides shade. This is especially nice when you return from a hot day visiting the temples; relaxing at the surprisingly big pool afterwards feels incredibly refreshing. All the staff are super nice and will help you arrange anything you need. Tuk tuks to go visit the temples etc will be arranged for you at a very fair price! Our driver was really nice and provided us with some info about the temples and surroundings in English. We often had coffee at the pool, which was really good and inexpensive. There is also free afternoon tee with snacks. The place is a bit further away from Siem Reap and the temples, but that’s no problem with Tuk Tuk, and we loved how calm it was. You can also book car transport from and to the airport. The whole place feels like it’s designed with lots of care and attention to detail, and we really loved the atmosphere and the welcoming staff!

An immediate sense of calm on entry to this sanctuary. Shade plants covered the whole area including the swimming area and prevented direct access of the sun into the room allowing it to stay cool without the air conditioning ( which also worked well to keep the whole room cool). Nice touches of free tuk tuk to town in the evening, free afternoon tea, flowers in the room, welcome drink on arrival and welcome happy hour for cocktails. The staff here had good English and were delightful and always ready to help. If you want a tour of the temples use Mr T ( knowledgeable tour guide with good English) and Mr Bee for your tuk tuk driver - can be arranged from the hotel

The property is away from the town ( about3 km) - which can be a bonus but always required a tuk tuk to visit the town ( free from the hotel to town in the evening)

It’s not a sterile hotel experience, you get plenty of time outside and typically you’ll be eating in an open-air dining space. You live away from dense traffic and the city, it’s quiet, the construction is rustic and it can be quite fun. The hospitality is wonderful, special thanks to Joseph for the drinks. Plenty of dining space, good food.

Though it applies to everywhere in the country, and it’s hardly a unique complaint to the establishment: Expect insects outdoors and be sure to protect yourself from mosquitoes every day. They come out when it’s cloudy, and at night. If you ask hotel staff to set up repellant they will resolve it on your behalf.
