This is our second time staying in Alia Residence. The reason we stay here because of swimming pool close at 10pm. Other than that, the resort is near to the Airport and Chenang. Besides that, I think the breakfast is delicious and have an improvement eventhough not too many choices. Thanks to the staff because arrange our rooms side to side with each others.

The water pressure for shower. I think the management need to do someting to make sure water pressure is enough for all bathrooms.

-Breakfast are decent. 1 menu for the day and the rest is no change. but the sambal for nasi lemak is superb. -the bed is so stiff and it did not bounce when u sit meaning that u will get back ache. my room A124 and the table besides bed is not functioning at all. -at the pool area got cinema at night -housekeeper is great, all the staff is helpful but it does not provide lift so better to prepare -i paid rm700 for 4 nights but stated at the whatsapp my room is just rm140 for 1 night, better to make a booking directly with hotel mgt as u will save a lot. -mind that they provide laundry services cheaper than other places as well as their lunch menu. -parking is a bit cramp as it does not provide much area and location is near the skycab but took about 20mins to Pnatai Chenang so plan your activities well, folks!

theres a lot of room for improvement as u need to start with the bed first. changing the bed will make huge improvement i would say. secondly, i will comeback with my family as this place is good for u to relax than staying in the Cenang area which is quite hectic but you need to improve the room first. i dont mind the breakfast is boring as it is come with the room price but better to improve the room facilities first.

Really comfy beds and a nice pool. Just across the street is a really good and cheap restaurant and the room comes with breakfast buffet. Everyone was so friendly and always smiling. The rooms are pretty basic, so not really luxury but perfect for a short stay or when you’re on a budget. :)

Located on a pretty big street, so a bit noisy during night, apart from that everything was good. :)

Nice friendly and helpful stuff, helped us to rent a scooter and do the laundry. Location is OK if you have a scooter, not far from Cenang and the airport. But not much to do in walking distance

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. A special highlight was the complimentary birthday cake and decorations arranged upon our arrival—it was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.

Ease of check in, the location was ideal for our journey, the staff were polite and the room was well equipped.

The breakfast. It was very meat based. I would have preferred fruit or yogurt instead. Not really a problem though. The bed was uncomfortable and a reading light would have been helpful.

Comfortable and big rooms, very clean pool, quiet neighborhood.

A bit far from restaurants and shops. Breakfast choices limited for a European. No beach reachable by foot.

the hotel near chenang, easy to find places to eat nearby, restaurant infront of the hotel is very nice and cheap. The family room is clean and spacious. the fridge is big..like it.

I book family room, the hotel put old and broken furniture at the back of the hotel. Unfortunately it is the balcony view of my room. It is an eye sore, please clean it up. Otherwise all are good.

Easy to access, pool was good for kids, breakfast was excellent every day, changing the menu.
