Very friendly, service minded and helpfull staff. Very good location with easy access to skitrain as well as restaurants. Relaxing to go down to the pool and sauna after a day of skiing.

Our room was facing the street and we were somewhat distrurbed by the early trains comming into Villars just outside our room.

Location is great. Very central. Easy access to everything. Staff was outstanding. Polite, courteous, extremely helpful.

Perhaps having a second coffee machine set up in the breakfast area. That might avoid people queuing in the far corner. Minor thing but could make breakfast flow easier.

The chinese restaurant below odours the whole lobby area and entrance. Unexpected heavy smell. Other than that, it's a pleasant place to stay and very central. I would stay again.

We stayed a night for an event in town that we were participating in and were invited to come and shower afterwards. Room & bath all fine. Free outside parking.Nice terrace with a great view.

Chinese restaurant did not appear to fit the style of the resort. Early breakfast a bit scarce for beverages including no water.

We were there for an offsite and it was a very convenient hotel for big groups (has a few good meeting rooms as well). I came one night earlier and enjoyed their Asian restaurant in the evening. The breakfast is continental buffet style and was very correct. Rooms are really big with nice balconies and good views (they looked very new vs the rest of the hotel). I arrived by bus, which is walking distance from the hotel.

The restaurant has really good food but keep in mind only Asian cuisine (just in case you were expecting more Alpine). They have a common/game room which is a bit outdated.

Comfortable large lobby and restaurant area We initially booked the basic room that overlooks the street (and train), but decided to shift to a larger room with the mountain view: superb, definitely worth it! Very large bathroom. The restaurant offers great delicious Chinese food.

The breakfast was with the basics, but not exceptional. Missed a good coffee option (only machine).

Great, cozy, modern hotel - spacious and clean rooms, very friendly staff, great spa zone, asian restaurant with great food, very convinient location - near the train station to the mountain.

There is no refigerator in the room - in case you are interested in buying some food.

Lovely rooms, perfect bathrooms, lovely personal touches. Small rooms but we’ll arranged. Staff are great. Bed could have been more comfortable and more pillows available! Beautiful view. Breakfast was great. The restaurant Downstairs had amazing food!

Mattress. More pillows needed The restaurants staff were awfully slow and none of them spoke French or English. Wasn’t ideal. We waited over an hour for our starters and they ignored us when we wanted to order. Not ideal when travelling with small children .

The room and the views were spectacular. Pool was great fun after a long day of ski. The location is perfect.
