the room was fantastic, clean, quiet, warm and the bed was really comfortable. great views too. The staff were always friendly and happy to help. the location was fine for me, approx 5-10 mins walk to the gondola or the free shuttle bus stops right outside the hotel. the hotel is also right next door to an amazing deli (Le P’tite Marche) which had some amazing local produce. the hotel bar area was lovely, cosy and a homely feel. The ski storage facilities were really good and secure.

Beautiful family run hotel with friendly atmosphere and stunning views from the terrace where you can enjoy a coffee or aperitif. Excellent compact Hammam and Sauna. Very comfortable beds.

I recommend paying the premium for the mountain view facing rooms. Due to street noise, particularly when it's raining, you can't really open the windows at night for fresh air. The jacuzzi felt over-chlorinated impacting my eyes and making it a less pleasant, although I am sure very safe, experience.

Family hotel. The Trincaz family run the hotel in a very easy going way. They are charm and very nice people. The breakfast and dinner are super. Very recomendable choice to stay in Châtel

Just home from 5 days staying at Hotel Belalp. We absolutely loved this hotel, perfect location, amazing view from our balcony, rooms are very clean and comfortable. We had breakfast each morning downstairs which was very handy before we hit the slopes. Matthew and his family are lovely hosts and were extremely helpful as it was our first time in Chatel. Would highly recommend staying here and look forward to our return visit.

Great service, the manager was very accommodating and friendly The location is great All the staff was very welcoming

However the bed sheets were not changed when we asked for the room to be cleaned I had a little blood stain that was still there after they cleaned the room

The breakfast selection was good with excellent Jam. There was no cooked breakfast - If you have the mountain view rooms then the view is spectacular and worth the extra. Location is very central to Chatel with good carparking

The WC is old and appears not to be very clean. The WC could do with a more powerful vent

Great place to stay for 3 nights in Chatel. Very reasonable with good breakfast. Very friendly. Always had the hot tub, sauna and steam room to myself, so felt very spoilt! Stayed end of March 2024.

I thought the breakfast was a bit expensive for what it was

close to the ski hills. available breakfast was convient. ski lockers also made it nice to store equipment overnight.

hot tub wasn’t hot. breakfast started at 8am, 30 minutes earlier would be better for early activities starting at 9am

it was a very great time. we defently come back

if it was an extra shelf in the bathroom for our stuff
