We were happy with the whole stay at Les Lans. We had a friendly greeting and were given keys to our room, with directions via the lift. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a lovely view down the valley. Everyone seemed to gather at the bar for drinks before dinner, which was served at 8pm.. it was a very friendly place to meet. There was a game on each table, so plenty to do, as well as disecting the days skiing. The evening meals were exceptional. 4 course set menu. Huge variation and truly amazing. All the reviews say the food is good.... but it really is!!! Cant believe how good it was. The breakfast was available from 7.30am, full help yourself breakfast buffet. Again, everything you could want. All the staff were very happy at work and the owner was there every meal time and spoke to all the residents. She was very helpful. She kindly opened breakfast 15mins early for us, as we had to leave early on our last day, so we were able to still have our breakfast. I cant recommend this place highly enough. 10/10

A lovely hotel with a warm welcome. The team are lovely, friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was a 5 minute walk to the lift to Avoriaz or you can catch the bus from right outside the hotel to Morzine. A good buffet style breakfast and an outstanding 4 course evening meal. We had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend.

Amazing dinner every night, comfortable rooms and lovely waiting on staff.

Issue with card transaction at the end of the holiday. Owner turned nasty and unhelpful. They were unwilling to co operate and money had gone from my account. Refused to listen and speak to my bank on the phone. Resulting in being very argumentative. Once money was back in my account (she could of cancelled the transaction to speed the process up) we sent her the money, she didnt even reply to my email or acknowledged the payment.

Excellent location for Prodains ski lift, and free shuttle buses into Morzine. Room was relatively basic but well laid out, clean, comfortable and with a great view. Staff and owner were extremely friendly and helpful. Nice bar with friendly atmosphere and the food for half-board is nothing short of superb.

There's no shop in Les Prodains so if you need any provisions you have to go to Morzine on the bus. No kettle or drinks making kit in room......we took a travel kettle.

This 3-star family owned hotel really exceeded my expectations. Their delicious and varied diners were of much higher quality, than what I have enjoyed in many 4/5-star hotels (which earn stars with their pool). Some of my family members choose the full vegetarian diner option. The vegetarian plates were not the usual 'meat subtraction', but had very tasteful additions. The rooms were very clean and as advertised in pictures. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I came with an electric car and was kindly invited to charge it the private/covered garage of the hotel owners (I had brought my own charge cable). The hotel is conveniently placed near to bus stops to Morzine and the nearby Les Prodains lift (to Avoriaz). We walked to the lift in the morning (5 minutes) and snowboarded back to the hotel in the afternoon (1 min walk).

You should not come here for the wifi :) Les Lans offers great card/board games in the bar area. Take the time to play with your family and talk to your friends. A nice opportunity to learn to look up from the screens again. When we checked out, the local telecom operator came to install high speed Fiber internet, so future customers will have a hard time to find anything to complain about..

The place was cosy. - The staff and the owner were friendly and effective. - Most days we had a four course dinner. The food was really good, and value for money of having this included in the price for the stay was amazing. - Since we rented our skis, we could store them in the store close to the lift. Likewise, there's a shuttle bus stop right outside the hotel.

No internet in the rooms - but we just used our cell phone data, which worked out fine. - A tip: If you need a transfer from the airport, look for transfers to Les Prodains, not just Morzine. I wasted quite some research time on not understanding that you can choose the village specifically as the destination. Not the hotel's fault, however.

The hotel is in a great location, five minutes walk from the lift prodain express and has shuttle bus to them if you don’t want to walk. The supper was amazing all the five days that I’ve stayed, and the service is pretty good. I’m surely will stay again in a future opportunity.

Nothing to add

1. We had two Coeliacs in our party. They informed us that their menu did not include gluten free options. Most of the meals were in fact gluten free and so all is well. 2. Our pick up transfer let us down, Aube pulled out all the stops to get us sorted, We got sorted and caught our flight

They are better than they are. When they chill you see the real people which is great.u

Friendly, happy staff. Good breakfast, great 4 course dinners. Location handy for ski shop and major Gondola to Avoriaz. Bus stop outside to go to Morzine. Quiet in hotel, but more lively nearby

Coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice. A little more lighting in the room would have helped at times

The food was very, very good and the staff are helpful and polite. The hotel is spotlessly clean The owner is extremely helpful and has a lovely way about her. I would have no hesitation in going back to the Hotel Les Lans.

Being picky, the bedroom and bathroom could have been a little bigger but it wasn't a problem.
