we didn’t know if we would get the extra bathroom so were delighted to have it; it made a huge difference to our family holiday. We have stayed with CGH a few times before and really enjoy all of the facilities.

Nice modern apartment. With great facilities of pool and sauna

It's a perfect place if you have a car. Otherwise its the free resort buses which we didn't master in the evenings.

The apartment was dirty. After I cleaned it myself we did enjoy our stay in the apartment. It is quite far from the super chatel skilifts, you have to take the shuttle bus. We thought we booked more like an aparthotel kind of place. But this is ONLY an apartment with a spa area (pool quite cold!)

The pool area was great and parking area was good

It was very basic accommodation for the price , no towels provided at the pool area we had to use the 1 towel provided in the room. Asked to clean when we left Ron we would be fined and the room was not overly clean when we arrived. It was quite a walk up hill from the town too.

The flat was spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms; the location of the shuttle but stop right in front of the residence;, the delivery of bakery goods by the door.

The heather in the living room turned off at 8pm and it was very uncomfortable to stay in that room. The spa area and its bath were also on the cold side. Also, we had to change flat after settling in as we discovered the electricity was not stable and it was really cold!

facilities were good although quite a maze to get around the premises.

we were not made aware that the reception would be closed from the morning until 5pm so we arrived and were dropped off with no access to the building at all. Although check in was 5pm we were expecting to be able to drop off our bags at least. also we had no hot water-we asked multiple times at reception but English was poor and we did not get any firm answers other than water can be sparse at peak times. we tried to shower at 7am, 2pm, 5pm and 10pm and at none of these times other than on one occasion were we able to get any hot water. No solution was offered and seemed pointless task even going to reception to ask.

The building was nice and the spa when it was actually open.

The opening hours of the spa and gym 10-12 and 14-19 Monday thru Friday, It’s a hotel in a ski resort. Would be nice if it opened outside skiing hours. The apartment is supposed to be for 6 people, there’s 4 beds and an awful, smelly pull out sofa. Really uncomfortable. There was no bedding or towels for the fifth person. Pillows were tiny and cheap, toilet paper the cheapest possible. Only 4 towels provided for a week, it’s supposed to be a spa hotel. The parking is paid separately and expensive. The reception no help, tried to charge me twice for a laundry chip. Extremely expensive for what is offered, no change of bedding or towels offered, no cleaning. Finally I found a dirty pair of socks under the main bed and a dirty underwear inside the pull out sofa disgusting.
