The rom was clean and well prepared. The shower was lovely. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice to suit everybody. The staff at check in were helpful and kind and answered all our questions.

Large extractor fan exhaust on the roof of the restaurant opposite the hotel was noisy till just after midnight.

Good location - plenty free parking , reception lady,(Directorice) very pleasant and helpful. Room spacious enough but quirky design.

Quirky room decor - wood shavings panels all over walls - 4 small cactii plants 2m up wall in pots on side & presumably alive - strange small basket also stuck to wall 2.5 m up. Very odd ! Very unusual decor. A bit basic - no kettle or tea making facilities. WC & shower room a bit small but OK. Obviously built down to a very tight low budget. But would stay again !

Good clean room, good parking, ideal for a stopover on the way back up north. A few bars and restaurants nearby.

The map sent by booking.com didn’t take us to the correct location, the map needs updating.

Overall, the hotel was very well laid out and clean. The rooms were very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. Would stay there again

Hotel team staff is extremely obliging, flexible and adaptable to all types of request. Also we arrived at 4pm and could eat very good local home made prepared meals that were proposed to us. Hotel is close by many useful facilities (gas station, supermarket / shopping center…) and Rennes. Price is unbeatable for the quality of the place and provided service.

Very convenient for N12. Secure. Spotless. Lots of dining options nearby. Interesting designer eco concept. Staff very nice and proud of the property.

No muesli out just cornflakes and chocolate cereal (though if we’d asked apparently we’d have been given it). Mattress thin.

The lady on reception was so Ni e and helpful. The room was lovely, big and spotless. We were only stopping off so it suited us perfectly.
