Ample free parking, secure area, new hotel with very clean ‘new’ room. En-suite shower-area with basin and separate en-suite toilet. Table and chair. Very comfortable twin beds took up most of room, but very pleasant room. I loved the 12 O’clock checkout time! Bliss!

A bit cramped for two who are not a couple, but perfectly feasible and the price was perfect. Everything was new and it was superb for a safe, quiet night’s sleep.

I saw the staff at reception. In the daytime, but mainly during the night. They were all extremely excellent, and great to chat to. They really made my stay that much better. I would definitely come again.

The only thing I would have liked would have been a kettle. I can understand that supplying tea, coffee etc. can be expensive, and you are trying to cut costs as much as you can, but have no problem bringing my own tea bags etc.

Everything you need for a quick pit stop, but not as basic as other hotel brands. There is no restaurant on site but there might be in the area. The receptionist that night was excellent. There’s a ramp and stairs to access the building and an lift inside. The room was clean, had air con and bed was amaizingly comfortable, better than many 4-5 star hotels I’ve been in. Interesting bathroom and shower configuration. Excellent value for money and perfect travel pit stop. Parking has a barrier so car is more or less secure. We had to leave early to catch the ferry so didn’t see breakfast area.

Could do with a power wash outside and pretty plants.

i only stay for 1 night, difficult to judge in such of short stay. breakfast was limited but very good it did fulfil al ours needs. breakfast is continental type. on arrive we have been welcomed in he facility's and the staff spoke good English, i was happy with that because my French is very poor. on the morning different person behind the front desk but he also spoke good enough English so we understand each other. room was clean wi-fi was good and the bed was good for us(however this opinion will differ from personal taste) in overall i just would like to say ;merci

was only a short stay(1 night) quite happy with everything as it was.

Value for money is excellent. Also, the personnel in the hotel was kind and nice. We forgot our kid's teddy and they phoned us in the afternoon to let us know.

Location is not good at all, but that is how they are so competitive in pricing

It was a good stay. Comfortable, clean, friendly. The place was a bit far from the city and all the shops around the hotel were closed. It was a bit complicated to get there but the people were friendly and the room was ok. The staff spoke English very well and were very helpful.

Reception area, bed comfortable and amp parking. I would stay again. Guy at desk was really nice and welcoming.

Room 22 slight mould in top corner of them room. We did request a cot in one of the triple rooms we booked but they put it in the disability room instead, so much effort to change over at 8pm bed time.

We had a very quick stop on the way to the ferry. Staff said we had t paid so that was a bit difficult and I showed my email receipt which was eventually accepted It was very basic which I expected. Clean lovely shower and comfy bed It was very quiet yet lots of reviews stated it was a noisy location

Location great, dog friendly, it was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful

There was a group of big youngsters staying. They came back from a night out and were noisy at midnight and again in the morning when they left. No one seemed to ask them to be respectful of other guests and keep noise levels down.

Easy access, nice all you can eat Chinese 5 mins from station.

No air con, but being budget that was understandable. Also access to the bunk bed is hard for older kids.
