This is a small hotel with a view of the sea (a block away) and located on the fourth floor of a multi-tenant building (elevator access obviously). Easy walking distance to the casinò and Ariston Theater (site of Eurovision Song Contest in Italy). I walked back and forth from the train station (17 minutes). Others may want to use a cab or bus. Cordial hotel staff. Excellent breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, cold cuts, sweet rolls.

My one quibble is that the single room was very small with a cramped bath, no bidet and paper-thin demising walls (Italians can be noisy hotel guests). I would stay at the hotel again but would choose a larger room next time.

Our request that the other 2 single beds must be a matrimoniale were not granted. Not refilling tissue paper. We also report that the bidet was not functioning well but there’s no respond from the management. No private parking for the hotel (the receptionist must notify the clients about this matter).

Excellent location and the Reception Desk was staffed 24/7 by very friendly helpful people. The room, with a balcony, had a fantastic view of the waterfront. The breakfast was exceptional and again very friendly staff on hand. Would absolutely return here.

The hotel has a nice location - nearly in the center but in a quiet street, with a pretty inner yard and close to the promenade along the seashore. The sea view from the dining room is just amazing! I stayed for the Easter weekend in a single room. Though tiny, it had everything required for a pleasant stay, including an air conditioner, TV, central heating, free wifi, and a tea set. The room was cleaned properly every day. Breakfast included an omelet with bacon, cheese, flakes, yogurt, pastry, fruits, juice, coffee, and tea. I love these fabulous croissants for breakfast! The staff is very friendly, they speak English and are eager to help.

There was a karaoke party in the bar near the hotel, so it seemed to be noisy in the evening. Anyway, if you like Italian pop music and Napoletano songs, this can be your cup of tea))

Great location near shopping and Beach

Hotel is on the 4th floor of an apartment building with entrance through the apartment building lobby and elevator. Photo gives impression that hotel is directly across the street from the beach but it is down a side street. No parking available. Crowded street parking by beach only.

All the staff were very helpful but Vincent deserves a special mention as he was exceptionally welcoming and helpful.and even managed to sorted out our car parking issue. Rooms were comfortable and everywhere was exceptionally clean. Looking forward to a return visit soon.

Excellent and very central location. Very large room with lovely sea view, super friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend the hotel without hesitation. We had a lovely stay.

The decor of the room was slightly dated but perfectly functional and more than compensated by the lovely view.

We had a lot of noise from flushing toilets and also cleaners speaking outside the room whilst collecting their products and equipment early in the morning.

The staff were professional and polite. Advised with parking and the choose of beach. Hotel was cosy, on the fourth floor. Hotel and breakfast was worth the price. Family room was spaceous and AC'd. Complimentary gifts were nice suprise. It was all clean and tidy. Loved the terrace and view.

The hotel is quite small but cute, I think it was using 3 floors out a 5 levels building. The staff was very friendly and supportive, we had a couple of requests which were immediately taken care off (including one at 4 o'clock in the morning). The breakfast was tasty, not too variate but sufficient to find something for everybody. Maybe it is worth mentioning the desert part, the options were quite tasty.

The parking is a nightmare without some additional information from the staff (the area has heavy traffic all the time and not enough space). I was quite frustrated when we arrived about the parking but the hotel personal explained what are the options and then I managed to find the parking.
