Everything was perfect! Spacious apartment, very kind and helpful staff, delicious and high quality food, amazing wellness center (especially massages), the most beautiful flowers that I have seen, it was a fairy tale scenery. We enjoyed every single second of our stay!

We stayed in October. Summer is away but sun comes through of the front forest and view is stunning. Apartment comes with small terrace where you can sit for morning coffee or read a book all day long. Its so quiet, as out of season and no tourists around. At same time you have all needed for your stay. Comfortable bedroom, cozy leaving area with kitchen very well equipped with cooking area, microwave, cafe machine, all kind of dishes. We had also fireplace. Outdoors very well origanized also, my family played tennis, but it’s also Small football ground. Wooden playground is available for the kids. Spa center had all different massages, small hot swimming pool is also there. Simply great stay and so when we visit again in winter.

Sauna was a bit cold.

The view was spectacular and if you have a child you can watch them on the playground from the balcony. The apartment has spacious and the kids room in the hotel had everything to entertain a small child The póol was great!

The room faced the courtyard and playground, so it was a bit noisy until 11:30pm due to school groups organized activities outside. Also, other guests smoking on the lower level balconies prevented me from airing my room. Next time I will choose to forgo the mountain view to enjoy more quiet and fresh air.

The location is quite good and you can reach the slopes either by walking (5 mins) or use the hotel transport. If you have small children (as we do), walking might not be an option, since it's uphill to the slope. The children's animation is very good and they've got a lot of activities. Breakfast is good too, though it can get quite crowded. Dinner is ok too, but again, it can get quite crowded.

It's disappointing that coffee at breakfast is instant coffee. A bit too warm everywhere - although it's better warm than cold.

The location is perfect for skiing, there are a lot of activities suitable for children and even for the little ones. The food was good. The staff is very helpful and the place is really clean.

The pool is small and cold for our preference. The rooms need a little more hangings.

Excellent location literally on the the ski slopes. Very convenient. Great views from the room! Nice and warm SPA area. Underground parking available. Tasty food, friendly staff.

Facilities could be maintained better. The kitchen in the apartment we were in was falling apart. Noisy, loud music coming from the adjacent restaurant till 01:00 AM

Rooms are typical pamporovo apart hotel, more or less standard, you have one or two bed rooms, shower, kitchen with basic utensils , nothing very special. Spa was quite good, there are 3 saunas 90/95C, 65/80C, 50/55C, there was also a jaccuzi most of the time full but was quite functional, you can leave to the terrace after sauna to feel the snow :) For me the best part about that hotel was the restaurant kitchen, breakfasts and dinners, variety of food, the quality and taste of food in general was awesome!! everything tastes local, the meat, mashrooms, not the typical you buy from super market. Maybe it is the management spending money on good quality ingredients. But to me it is the Chef. If the hotel is reading that comment, make sure you keep that Chef (forgot his name), he is like a magician, not only he has great skills his positive energy radiating every time, every morning and evening he would always welcome you with a smile, would say enjoy or good morning.. For me most unforgettable experience was the restaurant end the chef there.

For dinner drinks are not included in the buffet, understandable, we buy drinks anyways, fine. But at least you could make water available, tea/coffee as well for dinner. When there is not enough snow you cannot do ski to door, you may walk like 200m to the snowy slope from the hotel.

The size of the room, location and cleanliness were 10/10! The BBQ nearby has amazing food and atmosphere. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. The spa center provided 3 types of great saunas and one pool area - all great!!

The room was quite cold and there was no A/C as the hotel uses central heating system. The only other way you can have more heating is to pay 15 BGN for using the fireplace in the room with a single load of burners. In the SPA center there were facilities that were out of service: steam room and jacuzzi. The water that was in the jacuzzi was okay-ish, could have used some cleaning. The SPA opens at 10:00 AM but not all facilities were ready to be used - only the pool - the saunas were not turned on and cold upon opening hours.

Almost everything was perfect. We stay for 3 days and all experience was amazing. May be they could improve parking process to have less complexity for the guests. Also beds could be a bit more comfortable.
