The location is good: a quiet area, after a 5 min walk you reach a small slope which gets you to a ski lift going to Studenets, from where you can take another lift to the top. Large rooms. Dog-friendly. Good choice for breakfast. Very friendly staff, offered a dinner after a late arribal at 10 pm. Parking was available but is limited so it depends on the hotel occupancy. There is a small grocery store in the sane building.

The dinner was so-so. There is almost no restaurants in this area, if you need night life better to stay somewhere else. Wi-Fi was not working in our room (217) as it was at the end of the corridor. The heater was leaking, there was a small bucket to collect dripping water (our friends who stayed in the same room 3 years ago mentioned it as well).

We've stayed there for 4-5 time so far and it was always a great vacation. Great variaty for breakfast and dinner, super friendly staff, everywhere is clean, has a great SPA and enough parking spots around the hotel (even there's a guy from the hotel who directs you where to park). Everytime we stay with a group of friends and everyone likes the hotel and tries to book it for the next season.

the mattres of the bed was a bit old - it had sunk in the middle. May be it was only in out room because noone from our group had that issue. But it was OK for sleeping, no problem.

Everything was perfect, our room was spacious clean and cozy with an amazing view, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only thing that I didn't like is that you have to pay extra for the SPA zone

Breakfast and dinner are exceptional, location is great, staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious, warm and cosy - comfortable mattresses, light and warm blankets, The hotel has a children play room and billiard for the bigger boys. Everywhere is very clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. Parking is not a problem.

The bed in the second room of the double room apartment are rather for two small children than for two adults. Next time we will go for the triple room apartment 😉

They were extremely helpful and kind, the whole staff. There was an organised transport for ppl going to ski and we took advantage of it. It was very helpful as the hotel is a bit far away from the slopes. Then we got a discount for the equipment and recommendation for a snowboard teacher for some of our friends. The place was very warm and cozy. The breakfast and dinner were great as well! We had a massage with the masseuse lady and it was also amazing. The SPA is small and you can use it at the additional cost of 5 euro per day but it is great after a long day of skiing/snowboarding, as it has whirlpool, sauna and a salt room.

Fantastic! The hotel was more than what we expected and it had everything we needed - cozy warm room (they gave us a bigger double bedroom apartment), nice food and great attitude. The breakfast was good with many options as well as dinner. We planned on eating out a few times but ended up in the hotel's restaurant every evening. The coffee on the lobby bar is great. Each member of the staff was extremely polite throughout our stay. The shuttle option was very very useful so we didn't have to figure out how to get there. Also, big parking behind the hotel. Everything was just great!

Everything, the hotel, the room was spacious, very clean and warm. We were a family of 4 adults and had an arrangement for bed and breakfast, but we ate most of the dinners in the hotel as they offered a very good menu-self service. The ski lift is some 20-minute walk uphill from the hotel, which, when carrying 🎿 equipment, might be a bit challenging, but this was a good exercise after a huge breakfast.

We stayed for a third time in this hotel. Which I guess, makes it our favorite. It has always been great - rooms are nice and clean, restaurant is awesome, breakfast is amazing, staff is great, etc.

wi-fi - although we stayed in different rooms every year, we never had wi-fi coverage, which kinda kills the possibility of working remotely from the hotel. I'd suggest the hotel management to hire somebody to set the access points properly, because now they are definitely mostly unusable.

Cozy and very comfortable apartment, friendly staff, great breakfast and close to the ski lift. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on.

The room had a kettle and cups, but no tea or coffee provided. We had to buy tea bags at the bar for 4 lev each to make it in the room. Also the boiler in the room was too small for 3 people to take a hot shower - hot water finished after 2 people. So be mindful taking a shower there!

We loved the breakfast. It was a huge choice and the staff in the breakfast zone were really friendly & warm. We tried one of everything - including the amazing mekitsi which were replenished regularly! The room was great. We had loads of space - plenty for everything from yoga to sprawling in front of the tv. The bed was really comfortable and the bedding wonderfully soft. There was always loads of hot water. We didn't stay for dinner but all our interactions with staff at the reception were fab.
