The room and the public areas are kept very clean. The temperature both in the room and the other areas is very good. The breakfast was good enough. The shuttle service is nice. The driver is very helpful. He makes sure everyone gets to the ski center even at busy times when the bus gets full very quickly. The view from the room was the best. The building and facilities are old but very well maintained and kept clean.

One of the beds in the room was not comfortable as the mattress was a bit worn out.

Central location, clean room and spacious hotel lounge, tasty breakfast, polite staff.

We were a little disappointed that the fireplace in the lounge wasn't on (looks nice in the pictures) and with the Christmas decoration still on (4 January) it would have looked nice.

The hotel is really wonderful. It's very clean and cozy at the hotel. Breakfast was excellent - a good variety of food. There is a cozy fireplace in the lobby, and it was nice to sit there in the evenings. The staff was extremely helpful. We asked them to stay for 5 additional hours and they let us do that without any additional payments, we are extremely grateful for that. Comfortable buses from the hotel to the slope were at our disposal every morning. They also took us back to the hotel. Location is also very good - there is a supermarket, an Irish pub, 3 restaurants and a disco just about 5 minutes on foot. The rooms are quite modest, but considering the prices I think it is a good and fair balance between price and quality.

I like the hotel.It is all you need for ski vacation. it is clean, warm, good location, shuttle to the slopes. Restaurant is very good and the staff is always helpful and friendly. Very good value for money!

It would be nice to have electric kettle in the room.
