Very large rooms and clean. The stuff on the reception was very kind and helpful. The Spa was very nice

The Pool was extreamlly chemicalized and not very clean. Water in the Pool was quite could as well

The staff member at the swimming pool was frequently preoccupied with his phone, which raised questions about his effectiveness in that role. To enhance safety and security, the hotel would be better served by implementing CCTV surveillance instead of relying on a distracted employee. The buffet food selection was great; however, the food was very cold on the Hot Buffet, but service from the team in the Restaurant was very good in the morning as well as in the evenings.

Everything exceeded my expectations - from the behavior of the staff to the quality of the facilities. The hospitality was marvelous - from the arrival, we were warmly greeted at the reception, and every request and/or inquiry we had was responded to as soon as possible. The hygiene is very high, and the kitchen is being run by professionals. Bartenders are friendly and fun to chat with.

The personal was very kind and helpful. The pool was great with warm water (28°C).

The water in the jacuzzi was kinda cold (23°C), and the children's corner was kinda poor, as about toys, mostly broken, but besides that it was great. The food was really tasty.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It made our stay in the hotel a real pleasure. The restaurant was wonderful and the food- traditional and very tasty.

The building is very good situated and planned, but needs to be regularly maintained to stay in good condition. The apartment was large and comfortable, but needs small repairs and better cleaning to stay in good condition.

Located next to Chepelare city center, close to stores, food locations. 5 min drive to nearest slopes, 18 min drive from Pamporovo. The staff are very friendly.

The room had cigaret smell.

The pool and jacuzzi are so warm, also the room. Very nice staff even though they dont speak much english.

Food lacking diversity, pillows were very uncomfortable.

Nice hotel, clean & modern just a little tired in places. Good pool & facilities with on-site life guard and friendly staff. nice breakfast / meals and cute gift shop. Very warm inside.

The beds were a bit hard and extra pillows in the room would have been nice. cooking utensils in our apartment kitchen would have been useful for an early morning cup of tea etc.
