The location is great,you go out from the hotel and right for about 150 meters you reach the ski center malina by foot. You can rent ski equipement right there or you can just go directly to ski lift with 6 seats. The ski lift goes directly to the tower and from there you can choose which slope u want to go. Child frendly. The location was the best thing,the hotel has its own parking you pay some small flee per day.the room was 50 m2 with two rooms and kitcen.there is 4 plates one frying pan and one pot for us it was enought for cooking.there is fridge and toaster.the store for food was 5 minutes driving well equiped.it is worth for the money.

Very friendly staff. Our apartment was very spacious and on 2 floors. A bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and a living room with a fire place on the lower floor and a bedroom with bathroom on the second floor. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, so it was easy to prepare food. The rooms were warm, even though weather outside was getting already colder. We loved our stay here and we even stayed longer as originally planned. We would love to visit again.

We couldn't find immediately the password for the wifi, maybe it is good to put it also in the folder with information about the room for example. No breakfast available at the hotel. It was not a problem for us, but good to know. However, it is possible to buy coffee and have dinner at the restaurant of the neighbouring holiday village (just cross the streat). Or of course use the kitchen in the apartment.

Very clean room. Nice small kitchenet to cook your food, comfortable sofa & bed. We stay for the second time in apartment 13 - nice and sunny. Very comfortable for families even with 2x children. There is a restaurant close to the Villas; Delicious food. The Villas organized activities for children in the evening & yoga classes during the weekend.

The shop wasn't working but it is not part of the Malina Aparthotel. Just have in mind to buy what you need upfront. There is another shop in Pamporovo center - 3 min car drive from the hotel.

The location was very convenient, it was only in walking distance from the slopes. The property has a lift to get to the upstairs area and car park available for 12leva for two days. The hotel was quite clean and not too badly maintained for the value of the cost per night. The rooms were warm, and hot water was running full time. The facilities were good enough for family members. The beds were cosy, soft, and comfortable. The property had good-sized wardrobes and extra blankets and pillows available.

The hotel is located fantastically for skiing. The personnel was amazing, they were so polite and helpful with everything. We received a rather big apartment which we really appreciated. It was comfortable, convenient, perfect for a skiing getaway.

The hotel overall seems to be a bit worn out. Everything was ok, nothing was broken, but it had the allure that it had been there for quite some time. Did not stop us to enjoy our stay though.

The scouring sponge provided in the kitchen was overused and old. It was impossible to use due to hygiene matters. Unlike the previous years, the supermarket was closed. The sheets in the bedroom were not completely covering the duvets. This situation doesn't feel comfortable..

We got to stay in a spacious two-storey maisonette at an excellent price. It was clean and well aired, had all the necessary facilities, comfy beds, an enormous bathroom, and of course all the quiet, cosiness and breath-taking views one could expect from a resort tucked away in the heart of the mountain. Special thanks to the kind receptionist, Aneliya Kisimova, who went the extra mile to accommodate all our needs!

We love the location of the hotel, when there is snow you can reach Ski Lift Malina by ski/snowboard as the road is downhill. Very convenient since parking by the lift costs 10lv per day. We appreciated the readiness the staff demonstrated to move us to another flat as the one we were initially allocated to a flat that smelt of cigarette smoke and this bothered us. They allowed us to have keys to both the initial and the new flat and move over the course of an evening at our own pace. The second flat was great. We liked the cozy feel of the flat, it felt very homey and warm. There is also a small convenience shop, which is apparently the only one within a certain radius. It is shut Mondays and Tuesdays but otherwise you could buy anything you may need.

It would have been great if the staff had allocated us to the second flat initially since the smell would have been noticed by the cleaners in advance of our arrival. Some light bulbs did not work (the ones hanging above the sofa/sitting area). We forgot to inform the reception staff as we were happy to have the kitchen light on.
