The hotel is newly renovated, very clean, staff is friendly.

The swimming pool in the SPA is far too small and in the afternoon very crowded. There is no swimming pool for children. You have to pay 20 BGN LV to stay 20 min. in the jacuzzi. Dinner was every day the same and sometimes not enough for the big groups of guests. Food needs definitely an improvement!

Beautiful and spacious rooms. Great food. Friendly staff. The views were amazing. Totally recommend this hotel. Great spa too though smaller than its sister hotel Perelik but we were very happy. We tried both and decided that they were equally great. The hotel is super warm.

The only thing we thought could change is the shuttle service to Studenetz. Currently it’s only to Malina and that didn’t work for us as we rented our equipment from Studenetz. So it would have been great to have a choice, it’s not far and considering the cost of the stay this is something that should be offered to the guests. Taxis were expensive.

Rooms are great - some have a great view to the mountain; the hotel has lots of good common lounge areas - lobby and sky bar; free transportation to/from the slopes; has a spa area; the restaurant is good quality

the spa is relatively small (vs the hotel's capacity) so at peak hours (eg Saturday afternoon) all lounge chairs are full; the ski van waiting line at both ends of its transit course is not organized at all so at peak times you have to hustle to get a spot; the restaurant has a very weird set menu system where you can only access the (excellent) salad bar if you order a three-course meal... in addition to the salad bar - way too much food for one person! but if you go a la carte you can't access the salad bar. They need to rethink this.

Incredible view, great breakfast- our favourite is the fresh juice they offer and very kind staff except the one in the spa center.

The fact that the spa center is supposed to work till 20:00 and when it’s 19:45/50 the staff stars to ask you to leave.

Facilities are excellent and great views from the room.

The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were terrible.

We were enthusiastic about the food (both breakfast and dinner). There were choices for every taste. Maybe not that much for someone with certain food intolerances, though. The view was also extraordinary from our room. The balconies were wholely made out of wood and apart from your upper neighbor who could see us if bended forward, you had your privacy.

We would like to be offered a pair of reusable slippers for special usage at the spa area (we were using the one and only pair that was our room equipped with, which were not changed the next day of our stay). I also expected more of a luxurious sky bar, since it was marketed all over the hotel.

Given the premium pricing for a 5-star experience, I was expecting a higher level of general and food quality throughout my stay. Not a real 5-star standard

The location was great, the staff was friendly. Our room has been cleaned every day. The hotel offers everything you need for a nice family vacation. There are plenty of restaurants in a walking distance from the hotel and bars where you can grab a drink.

The size of the SPA center js a bit too small, especially when the hotel is crowded. Although its size, it is very nice and clean. The dinner menu jn the hotel could be better.

bars were mediocre - with quality bartending they can get into cocktails too; the transfer to the slopes is first-come first-served, covers multiple hotels and is messy; jacuzzi is paid extra (I don't get that - you've bought it already, let people use it instead of it just sitting there empty)
