The apartment had everything required, was very comfortable and clean

We have stayed in the hotel several times and all throughout could do with new carpet and wallpaper. We have no issue with returning though as you get what you pay for. Only disappointing thing was use of swimming pool not included with these apartments. This could be made clearer when booking and when checking into the hotel. My children 15&12 tried to use the pool and the lifeguard shouted at them and scared my daughter, I then accompanied my son and again the lifeguard was totally rude and told us to speak to reception staff, this could all have been avoided if we had been notified when checking into the hotel.

Uncomfortable bed, no heating regulator(no trv heads on radiators so you cannot turn down heat setting)

There was a little issue with the heating being too high but it was resolved

Insufficient light in the living room. Third bed very close to the floor. No TV in the bedroom.

The fires in the lobby were lovely Hotel was nice and warm, basic but with everything you need for your stay Great value for money

The location was great , in center of Pamporovo. A lot of very good restaurants, located very close to the property.

The administration of the property was not so good, it was very cold in the appartment. I had to make a special request to warm the appartment and after that I received a aerotherme to heat the room. After that it was more confortable.

they have 2 bathrooms, one is open shower so all get wet we used it only like toilet but was helpful. En-suit bathroom was with shower cabin, which felling apart , shower stand broken , door swollen difficult to open and close . When we enter the flat there wasn’t electricity, we needed to search for the fuse box . Same story with water , we was searching from where we can switch on the water . Finally we found stopcock in the wall behind a box . Same story in the bathroom. I go to take shower - no hot water . Find was stoped fro the puppies in the wall after a search . I think that was supposed to be fixed before we arrive and check in .

Pretty much space for sleep and storage for your logged and suitcases . There are 2 single bed , one double bed and both sofas in living room opening for sleep too. Very comfortable for big family. Kitchen had fridge, toaster , microwave , oven, hob , sandwich maker , electric can , also cutlery and plates , all you need to prepare your own meal . Even washing machine to do your laundry .

Location good, cleanliness good, bar staff, entertainer (singer) and spa staff polite and friendly.

Reception staff unfriendly and often rude. Elena was really helpful, smiled and slways seemed happy to help

I had to keep asking for the heating to be put on fir the first 4 days, I booked for 3 people, the sofa bed in the living room was shockingly uncomfortable, very very dated and stains in all rooms
