The hotel is located right next to the ski slopes. It is perfect for those who like skiing. But there is a lot other possibilities - the playground . Bowling, pool tables and a playground for the kids. But the hidden gem for me was the Kultura Spa and Beauty area. - Faith and Lynn will do their best for your relaxing massage.- 11 out of 10 The restaurant was near perfect - The food and service were 10 out of 10 I red some bad commets about the apartments - maybe we got lucky, but we were in apartment 14 and it was very clean, cosy and tight.

The parking lot. It is very difficult to find a spot during the weekends. During the week it is not so crowded. We arrived in Saturday and there was no space, so I had to leave my car on the public parking. And that one was also fully booked, so I have been asked to leave my car with the key for shifting - this is kind of risky

The apartment was nice, clean and quiet. We were 2 families, each with a child and there was enough space for everyone, including our dog. The hotel provides a bed for the dog (it was brand new) and dishes for food. The swimming pool, even if not very large, together with the 2 saunas ensure relaxation after a day of skiing.

The mattress on the bed in one of the bedrooms was not good, we could not rest very well. The couch in the living room wasn't great for sleeping either. The parking lot was full of ice. The hotel has an exit to the ski trails, but the area through which you exit the hotel was also full of ice and we had to be very careful. Also in that area, icicles were falling from the roof exactly above the area through which you go to the ski area.

I loved the closeness to the ski slopes the most. The flat was also good value for money compared to similar properties in the same property complex. The fireplace made the place quite cosy. Friendly hotel staff!

Not enough hot water and being quite cold in the bathroom. The following is about the building amenities rather than the flat itself. The restaurant 'Mehana' on the 2nd level, is with substandard cooking and substandard products used for their dishes despite being highly expensive. SPA centre is not free, it costs 30 levas, although there is only one sauna and a pool.

This is a large property. You definitely, need someone to help you find your apartment. The host was very nice to arrange this for us. Young man was waiting for us at the reception handed us the key and walk us down to the room. The apartment was well furnished with lot of space.

Nothing was open at the property. No pool, no spa, and no bar or restaurant. However, they might be open during the winter. Parking space could be limited but, for the most part it is easy to find a spot.

We have visited the hotel during the summer and we have been accommodated in a pretty stinky room - the first day was spent on clearing the air into the room. Seemed the premises did not have fresh air for months.

The disgusting odour.

Perfect location, there is a restaurant at the same building if you don't wish to go outside. There are a few more places to eat nearby. Ski to door hotel.

The extra beds in the living room was not that comfortable

The hotel is on the slopes and has a ski rental place. Very comfortable for in and out skiing. The apartment was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped.

Very clean and nice-looking apartments.

Most of the facilities are not available during most of the year, and the mattresses we slept on were tough. I think everybody woke up with back aches
