The hotel is kept at a very warm temperature, event a bit too warm at night, so you will have no problems going to the spa wearing a bathrobe. The staff was very helpful and kind, and went out of their way to answer all our questions. Overall the venue is a very good deal. It is very helpful to have a ski wardrobe at your service and the shuttle to the ski slopes accommodates guests' wishes for when to be taken to and off the skiing, which was a very pleasant surprise.

The sofa in the apartments is not really suitable for sleeping, if you are thinking of using the apartment for a family of 3 or 4 people - it has metal bars which are felt through the mattress. So, I would suggest booking more rooms instead of an apartment. The food of the restaurant is average and the prices are a bit high. But that being said, the hotel's offer is the best good for its price range, so you could enjoy your stay there.

Staff was really friendly from receptionist, people in the restaurant, in the SPA and ski service but also the driver of the shuttle. Even they have some predefined timeslots for driving to the ski lifts and back, we called him to pick us up and he came at time which was good for us. It is 5 minutes drive only. Food was the great for 3 star hotel. There was always some nice surprise for dinner. Order the bottle of the water from the bar. In swimming pool temperature was more then 35 degrees. All facilities were operating. Cleaning ladies came after 2nd day and offer room cleaning. They were fast and did it really well. We were in the really huge apartment which was not renovated as some other rooms were renovated last year. Difference is mainly in sofa in the living room and other furniture but from functional perspective it is very similar. There were some dents around but overall it was very good. Kitchen has all the necessary amenities even coffee machine. Internet was really fast. I did some online meetings without issue. There is enough parking around the hotel. Massage is god and not expensive.

Not much to add here but maybe it can be useful for someone. Location is not one where you can go for a walking to central part of ski resort but we had other activities like skiing all day and then visiting SPA so it was not important for us.. Internet was really fast even hotel was full. I did some online meeting without issue. We were in the apartment on 4th floor and signal wasn't strong enough. It was working fine in dining part of the apartment only and from the sofa but not in bedroom. If we go out of apartment it works great. Anyway, it was opportunity for digital minimalism.

Food was great in both restaurants, the temperature of the Spa pool was great, and it wasn't too crowded. There was even a free shuttle to the slopes. Staff was nice and polite. Apartment was great, and spacy, it was quite, it was perfect.

One of the employees complained to my husband that we didn't give enough tips which I find very unprofessional. The lights at the SPA are a bit too dark, would appreciate it if it was a bit brighter. There were some broken toys in the kids room and there is no bin and a toilet around so there was a lot of garbage that was left by previous visitors. Would have loved it if there were pancakes for breakfast too :) I didn't like that one of the cleaners came during the quiet hours while I was putting my daughter to sleep.

We choose this location because it was near the slopes. The room was big (we had an apartment with a double bed bedroom, a single bed bedroom and a living-room extendable sofa), the beds were comfortable, they have an espresso machine in the room but we didn't know, the breakfast was ok, basic stuff but enough quantity, the spa area was nice if you got there before 16:30 (when the chairlifts closed and everybody came back to the hotel), the personnel was helpful but it would be good if they would learn a little bit of English. You can rent ski equipment from the hotel and also they have a small bus that takes people to the slopes and back (we didn't use it and took our car because there are o lot of parking places there and the cost was 10 leva/day).

I think the hotel needs some reconditioning, the shower cabins are leaking, every time you would take a shower the bathroom would become a pool, the boiler is above the toilette and every time you take a piss you would have your face glued to it (unless you are a girl and don't piss standing or someone beneath 1.50m), the furniture is old but i can't say we had a problem with that because we used the room only for sleeping. The heaters were warm (it's understandable because it wasn't very cold outside) and the room could use an extra blanket.

That is the second time we come to this hotel for a short winter vacation and we even extended our stay with a day. It is very close to one of the ski lifts, lots of parking places infront the building. The hotel rooms and restaurant was super warm (we were walking barefeet and had to switch off the radiators) and so was the swimming pool. The water was perfect for our 5 months old baby. The staff was friendly and helpful; our apartment was very clean. We had half board - the food was not massively varied, every evening there were 4-5 dishes and salad bar to choose from and they were all very tasty and fresh. A good small selection of fruits and desserts.

The area in the SPA and around the swimming pool was constantly wet and the staff was strugging to keep the floors dry. A few people slipped.

Nice room in the hotel on the way to Shiroka Lyka. Very basic kitchenware. Good Wi-Fi. They did the cleaning during my stay. Sauna is available during warm season as well, which is a very rare case in Pamporovo

TV table took too much space in the dinning area, doesn't allow to reach microwave oven. Same time there were very few tv channels.

The property is 10 min walk from Malina skilift but there is a shuttle bus for the slopes which was very nice. The staff vas very helpful and friendly. The apartment was spacious, clean, very comfortable and with daily cleaning. The breakfast and the dinner were various and delicious The spa and the pool is the best choice after a day at ski.

Many people from the staff didn't speak and understood English

The place was clean and tidy. I enjoyed the spa center which has swimming pool.

The room has all the important facilities but personally I was missing in the kitchen the water heater and more plates, forks and etc. Probably because the season was weak small details such as missing toilet paper in the ground floor’s WC and not-working jacuzzi were on the place.

We stayed in one bedroom apartment and it was realy specious. The kitchen is fully equipped. SPA centar is great with nice temperature water of the pool. There was variety of meals for dinner.

The room temperature could be a little higher. Cleaning could be upgraded on higher level.
