Convenient location if you arrive to Bremen by train and want to use public transport (tram and bus - very useful lines just outside the hotel). The room was large, the bed was comfortable, clean and big bathroom. The swimming pool very nice. We enjoyed breakfast a lot, good choice, nothing was lacking. Very friendly staff - at the reception, the breakfast and in the restaurant!

The only thing that bothered us was that the air conditioning was not too effective in reducing the temperature in the room. Luckily we arrived just after a heatwave, so opening the window was a good solution.

Perfect location. Several bus and tram stops nearby take you to the city center in just a few minutes. Right across from the hotel is the beautiful Bürgerpark — huge, full of playgrounds and green spaces for kids. The international breakfast is plentiful and varied. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is lovely — not huge, but just right for families. There's also a sauna, cold shower, and a relaxation room, all included in the stay. We stayed in a junior suite (two adults and two kids), which was fantastic: spacious, bright, and very comfortable. Overall, excellent value for money.

The parking garage was expensive: 18 euro per night

Perfect stop on route to Sweden. We had a car with roof box and it wouldn’t go into any hotel garages. Here we could park in the nearby outdoor parking outside the exhibition hall. Also hotel had comfortable beds and good (although expensive) breakfast. And it was near a nice park and also the city (we rented bikes from the central station).

I read many comments about the fact that they don’t have A/c. Luckily it was not hot weather when we stayed. The text on buttons in the shower were difficult for me to read since I need glasses… but overall nothing major.

No steam room only sauna

Great variety for breakfast, friendly personnel, nice wellness area, with a spacious sauna and pool (but with freezing water!). Location is also an advantage, whether by car or if travelling by train. The hotel offers parking spots and despite the occupancy rate (at Easter), there were spots available at any time with no reservation needed.

The toilet seat needs to be cleaned underneath, there were yellow marks! The pool looks great, but we could not enjoy it as the water is freezing-cold unfortunately.

Good breakfast and very friendly staff. The pool was a bit cold for us even though its supposed to be warm. Overall a nice stay for us who had to be in Bremen to visit family over the holidays.

The pool could have been warmer and the 'gym' was very limited. I was hoping to get a workout in but they only had a couple of cardio machines and some dumbbells, very basic stuff. There's room for improvement there.

Location is very good. Rooms are comfortable . Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Close to Buerger Park. Convenient for pleasant walks.

Only one bottle of water per person for entire stay. Perhaps water should be available free of charge daily or Hotel can instal a water station with fresh cold water on each floor. The room had an unpleasant smell. I could not identify the origin.

It felt really plush and lovely. The room was huge and split into a big bathroom with a separate toilet within, a bath and shower. The rooms were quite dated but had lots of space. The pool was lovely and it also had a gym but didn’t use that. The park outside was lovely and is about 5km to run round so that was handy.

The decor of the bedrooms felt old and dated, despite being very plush. Maybe some new carpet and modernised side tables would help. There was also a lot of wasted space in the living room area, as we had it set up into bunk beds I’m not sure what they use the rest of the space for usually. It had a desk for people attending the local conference centre to work in but still oversized.

The free pool and gym access was really good for the rainy days. The rooms had everything you needed for a comfortable stay and the staff was amazing. Brilliant hotel for amazing service at a low price :)

The room kept getting very hot and stuffy and the double bed was just two singles pushed together, also the hotel could have better room service food options and the location was a tad far from the centre however we knew that when we booked.

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and the large windows brought in a lot of natural light. It was very quiet, the lighting was perfect for falling asleep, and I really enjoyed the sauna and pool.
