Clearly this place is brand new and that shows. Overall the staff were lovely but did not work well together in unison - no fault of their own as the resort only opened on 1st May. A couple of members of the team were pretty rude and abrupt - not what you'd expect from a 5 star resort but everyone else was very professional and friendly. Very difficult to book one of the "dine around" restaurants due to very limited availability. Food was to a very good standard and the cocktails were on point, made with branded spirits so they actually tasted like they should - the negroni's were spot on!! Good wine selection too. Rooms very stylish and the decor overall was chic yet understated. Views from the gym were incredible.

As mentioned, some members of staff, notably the chap in charge of the dinner service in the main restaurant could use a lesson or two on the basics of good customer service. If you're going to work at a 5 star resort, you should ideally be nice to the guests. A few teething problems but with time this place could be something pretty special.

Incredible views of the sea and the shore. We had an HB, so the breakfast and dinner were OK-ish, not amazing, but you can find something delicious from the wide variety of the food. Staff was absolutely amazing, they provided us extra lunch with great food in the pool restaurant on the check-out day. Really thoughtful!

- Consider that you will need a 10-minute walk to the beach which is basically a high-slope road. Also, the beach is not private, they have their private "La Grotta Verde" sun loungers, but anyone can come from the next village and take them. - Bus to Corfu town with a round trip costs 12 EUR. I think the hotel should have its own shuttles to the city, considering that it positions itself as a 5-star hotel

The view from our room was amazing! the beach is clean and nice with a lot of tavernas nearby. The buffet restaurant had a big variety of food and was tasty the staff was nice as well!

The reception staff was not so patient, I had a few questions but I got the feeling that it wasn't the "right time". When we wanted to book a scooter they offer us a deal that was way more expensive than what we found with a few min walk. When we asked them to book us a taxi to the airport, they send us a taxi that was more expensive than what we paid from the airport to the hotel. So, my suggestion is to book everything by yourself, as it seems to me that they were trying to make more money on something that I thought was a legit service to ask from the hotel you staying at.

La Grotta Verde Hotel in Corfu offers not only stunning natural beauty but also all the comforts and hospitality you need for an amazing getaway. We were staying here on our wedding anniversary and at the reception desk we were surprised that we got a dinner at a la carte restaurant. But that was not everything... When we walked in our room, we saw, that it was changed to that one, that costs 400 euros more - with your own swimming pool, with a leaving room zone, huge bathroom. The breakfast and dinner buffet has many options: fresh pastries, cereals, and fruits, or you're craving something heartier like eggs, bacon, and sausages, it's all there. Plus, the Greek touch shines through with traditional yogurt, honey, and local fruits for a taste of authentic island cuisine. The dining area itself is inviting, with plenty of seating options, both indoors and outdoors. It's a lovely place to enjoy a leisurely meal while taking in the stunning views. Pool areas are clean and not crowded, the same next to the sea - whenever he came, there were free sunbeds.

During peak dining hours, the restaurant can get quite busy. This might result in longer wait times to access the buffet or find a table. The same when it's raining outside - the restaurant loses around 40 percent seats. The area is really hilly, so if you decide to go to the sea and come back, you will have to climb quite a mountain. Wi-Fi connectivity can be a bit inconsistent in certain areas of the hotel, which can be frustrating for guests who rely on it for work or communication. While the concept of having your own pool is enticing, our particular room faced the west side, which meant it didn't receive direct sunlight for most of the day. As a result, the pool water remained quite cool, making it less inviting for a relaxing swim or sunbathing.

One most amazing views have ever had from my room. Breathtaking views from every part of hotel. Lovely golden sand beach, clear turquoise waters and forest lined moutains surrounding. Lovely staff overall. And think some of reviews here are way too harsh on food count. Food is a big thing for me and this place did not disappoint. Plenty of it, lots options super tasty.

Only couple things. bed is bit too hard for myself, def needs a comfy topper. . And loud leaf blower or Gardner in the n monring... Get needs to be done but psrhsos after midday when ppl are by beach.

The room was too spacious with super sea view and pool Very friendly, helpful and kind Staff Everything was new and premium All inclusive means really all inclusive all drinks soft and alcohol are branded , cocktails , food was perfect one of the best beaches i seen in Corfu Will book again every time i travel in Corfu

there are some bad reviews from " LA GROTTA VERDE" here in booking.com that made me to hesitate a bit in beginning to book this hotel and i think they have to be deleted and add new reviews because hotel is new opened in 01May2025, and we was one of first guests in hotel

The hotel is located in a gorgeous bay. Wonderful views. Breakfast and Dinner was especially nice, with variety of local and international food. Staff was quite friendly and welcoming. Our room got cleaned daily. There is also beach towels available.

It is not quiet and peaceful if someone is looking for that. It is a big hotel and it was full. Sometimes there is a line to get seated for Breakfast and Dinner. The people who are staying are mainly straight couples. It is a bit distant from the Corfu center and the taxi costs 40 euros and the bus is every 4 hours 😅 Food quality was better in comparison with other open buffet hotels I stayed.

A hotel with many buildings on a mountain in front of the sea, 2 pools and access to a private beach. Large and clean rooms with an amazing view of the sea.

It's hard to get from place to place in the hotel, there are many sharp ups and downs, the food is plentiful and varied but not of high quality.

Lovely location, comfortable bed, great sea view, fresh food daily.

Poor choice of wine and beer for the all inclusive. Most staff were amazing but a few were miserable and quite rude.

Property has great potential. There are a few teething problems as it is so new but on the whole we loved it

The beach bar wasn’t open. It is quite high in the hills so lots of steps and steep paths so is not suitable for the less mobile. However the staff were very helpful and provided lifts in electric carts.
