We were a group of three friends holidaying together for one week. We loved almost everything about this hotel! It's in an ideal location being a short walk to the train station and the town centre. It was lovely and clean and the included breakfast was fabulous and plentiful. All the staff spoke really good English, they were approachable, very friendly and extremely helpful.

We would have liked a little more choice of drinks at the bar but that's a minor point as there was something to suit everyone

Breakfast was delicious, my kids loved the pancakes. Thought there was some lovely areas for family to relax downstairs in reception. Loved the colorful decor. Also appreciated the early check in at 2pm as we were exhausted from travelling. Good pillows.

Would have appreciated a small kettle, mugs and coffee/tea in the room itself. This is standard in all hotel rooms in the UK and would have been a nice touch. The green light from the air conditioning unit in each room is very bright and disturbs the darkness of the room when sleeping.

The hotel has their own parking that cost 11euros. A bit difficult to enter as it is a bit narrow. The bed and pillow was comfortable. Staff in reception speaks very good English which i loved as we are in France and not many are able to communicate in English language. Hotel was clean in general and the breakfast was OK. No warm food available and the cooked eggs that are available were frozen.

No hot breakfast available. Parking is outside even if you drive into a parking house, their parking is on the roof. At least it is camaras secured but I wanted inside parking to be able to enter a warmer car the next morning.

The young man at the front desk was extremely helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was good, the bed & pillows were comfortable. Water conservation is encouraged. Bathroom is clean & modern with good quality soap provided. Well located, halfway between station & historic center. I greatly appreciated there being a 24-hour front desk !

The room isn’t furnished well; it was OK to sleep in but not a place to relax. The sheet barely covered the bed, revealing a synthetic mattress protector that bothered me.

This is a great hotel, the rooms are not huge but you know what your getting with an Ibis. Complimentary breakfast is a nice touch and their was plenty of choice and fresh. The location is ok, you are a 5/10 min walk to the town centre and we like it as it’s a bit quieter.

There was nothing that I didn’t like.

The choice of breakfast items, the brightness and spaciousness of the foyer area, the early check-in and late check out, the comfort of the beds. Proximity to Les Halles food market - excellent spot for evening eating and drinks.

Location on the busy road was a bit dismal, however handy for station, buses and short walk into town centre.

Friendly staff, fairly comfortable beds. Good location (between the train station and the city centre).

Breakfast was just a “sandwich kit” – ham, cheese, bread. No hot dishes like omelettes, fried eggs, or sausages. Not even any fresh vegetables. Towels included one foot towel, two bath towels, and no hand towels at all.

Comfortable room. Good location. We were able to bring our bikes and panniers straight in and in the lift up to our room. Good soundproofing from outside noise. Friendly staff and nice communal areas. Good breakfast. Good wifi.

Room could get a little humid from the shower but opening window and then using the aircon sorted it.

There was a large open lounge area a bar with good selection . It was a hot day but good air con in rooms and lounge area and a pop corn machine near the lift free for the guest to help themselves . A nice touch . It was a ten min walk from the main station we are all over 69 so it took a little longer in the heat . Once there we were only Five mins from the tapas area and other restaurants. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel but it looked good and many other guests were enjoying it. We would highly recommend this hotel

Great design of the lobby, lots of games (we played ping-pong and table football). Good breakfast. Big room.

We all slept badly because it was terribly hot in the room and no manner to decrease the temperature. Also, the beds are too soft. Dangerous in the shower (the bath should have anti-slippery layer).
