Cleanleness, comfort and amenities that everything was existing in the room like small studio apartment. Breakfast was good also.

I wanted to extend my stay 1 more night, but the price become so high that I had to consider another hotel. I wish I was offered a reasonable price so that I would definetely stay there.

Breakfast, sauna, interior. Staff let us store our bags until our flight. You can order there late dinner, quality is the best. Very good hotel, would stay there again.

Only problem with room was: 1) when you open bathroom door , it swings open and hits the cabinet opposite the door, which is very inconvenient. There is only a small cabinet where is extremely small safe (you can`t place small laptop there) inside, also your bags or clother should be stored there. Also it serves as table for tray for electric kettle as there is no plug nearby table near window. Definitely money were invested in this 4-star hote, so what was the problem to put a proper safe, cupboard and plug for kettle? Connection. But if you know how to get there - it`s quick and convenient.

Overall, our stay was pleasant. We were upgraded upon arrival to a room with a king-size bed, which was very nice. The location is good – close to the tube station and quiet. The rooms are fairly standard, but they were clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast, however, was incredible, with many well-considered options. Everything you could wish for was there: sweet and savoury items, gluten-free options, a wide variety of plant-based milks, juices, and they even had ginger shots! (I admit, I was very impressed by the ginger shots! 🙂)

I need to empathise that were not particularly disappointed with our stay, but we were expecting more for the price point. We really appreciated the upgrade, but we thought it would feel more upmarket, especially considering the way it is advertised on the platform. For ex, there were no gowns, no slippers, and nothing more in the room than what you would find in a basic hotel. The bed was a bit too soft. We saw in the pictures that there were some nicely presented individual soaps, but none of that was provided. I also felt the place was a bit impersonal (the rooms are plain).

At the reception we were told that if you need additional cleaning you need to inform the reception. the day before departure we said that we need to clean the room to which we were told that we need to warn the day before, so we were given only extra towels but the room was not cleaned. we were three days we did not have any cleaning, we ran out of coffee, sugar and they did not add them to us, no one checked our room. I think that in a 4 star hotel maids should check the room every day and change towels if necessary

Great hotel, very good standard and delicious breakfast - even though the food was mostly the same every day, it was very tasty. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Gym for the hotel standards was very well equipped, sauna was a great addition after a long day of sightseeing. One of the biggest pros of the hotel is the location - 5 min walk to the underground station and the bus stop to Arlanda Airport was just by the entrance. For the price it's a fantastic option.

The hotel is a 5 minute walking away from a metro station. There is a bus station just across the street, which we used while coming from the airport by coach. The hotel was clean and the rooms were silent. Breakfast was nice. Hotel staff were marvelous. They were very helpful. The last day we had a 6.30 am train and we were supposed to miss the breakfast and they offered us a breakfast bag, which we got at 5 in the morning! I took photo of the breakfast bag :))) I stayed with 2 friends of mine. Room photo for 3 was missing in the photos. Now you can see. :)

Although not huge the room was clean and comfortable with all expected facilities including a good sized shower. Breakfast was exceptional with an amazing choice, we stayed for 6 nights and could have easily had a different breakfast every day. The hotel is well located in a quiet business / residential area outside of the city centre. There was a choice of bus, tram and train into the city all within a 5 - 10 minute walk.

Very nice and comunicative host. We were allowed early checki-in and additionally when i asked for an iron, i had it in my room very quickly. Room itself is small but it has everything you would need. Beds are hard but comfy. Location is about 15 minutes walk from city center, quite calm district though. Around the place there are restaurants and cafes. - Also very big and popular market.

There are only two things i'd say could work better. 1) the doors are very thin. I could hear every word someone was saying on the corridor. That was really problematic during the night when a group of people arrived back home and woke us up immediatly. 2) sometimes there was a bit bad smell from bathroom but i guess this is not fault of the owner, but it is as it is. Basically closing the bathroom doors does the thing. Overally, very nice experiance!

Great Location, Amazing Staff, Great Amenities. There’s a bus from the Arlanda airport with a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The subway station for central Stockholm is a short walk from the Hotel and it takes you 20 min to get there. The Staff is super nice and welcoming. The room was big and clean.

The breakfast was continental buffet but the expresso was not free (don’t understand why) and even though it was requested by front desk to book an hour, it was a bit chaotic and full of people

Good value for low price. Had a room on top 9th floor so could see nice sunsets. Really liked the comfortable beds.

Stayed on the weekend and morning breakfast was really crowded, and space was not ready for it: had to squeeze between guests. Variety of food but definitely did not feel like 4*. The office/warehouse neighbourhood was deserted on the weekend which on one side meant no car traffic but when you walk 600m from subway in the evening through the passage under the street you might feel uncomfortable.
