Very good room with good staff overall, the hotel is conveniently located in the middle of market area with shops in reach on your door step! Breakfast was really good and hotel did not disappoint me for the location and value for money!

No gym, Spa, Swimming pool etc available on site which was disappointing!

A special shout-out to the staff, Bazgha and Aster, who were incredibly helpful, professional, and a delight to interact with. Their excellent service and hospitality truly enhanced my stay. The property offers great value for money—comfortable accommodations, top-notch amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Safari Club 4 to anyone visiting Rawalpindi and will definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

4 types of breakfast options which included desi style, American style, continental, simple. The difference is whether you opt in for toast or paratha, spicy omelette or fried egg/scrambled. Very tasty though. Beds were clean, toilets were clean and room overall was clean with some dust in the display cupboard and kitchen area. Prices for the mini bar drinks and snacks were good rate. Staff was very helpful. They got gym swimming pool etc on site I personally didn’t get to see it or use it but heard it’s there. Masjid was 1 min walk and shops located soon as you walk out of the hotel with everything you need apart from currency exchange.

Got upgraded to royal suite and then downgraded back to deluxe because there was a plumbing issue which caused the water to be steaming hot and dangerous. The deluxe room could have been more cleaner and the kitchen is just for show, nothing is in the kitchen to use like kettle toaster or anything of the likes just cupboards which could do with a clean. I would suggest before giving room to guest make sure it is clean and to good standard and everything is checked to ensure it is working.

I liked the business suite room was comfortable and quite. The best thing was the constant hot water in these weather conditions. Ive stayed in hotels without hot water for days so this was excellent.

I had asked for our room to be serviced. We went out for 3 4 hours came back and the room was not done and was very dirty this was extremely disappointing. I took this as the staff ignored the guest which is not good enough. Some of the food we ordered was not good quality. When the room was serviced it was not done properly.

I recently had an excellent stay at Safari Club 4, finding the overall experience truly enjoyable. Its convenient location and serene ambiance made for a relaxing getaway. I particularly appreciated the beautiful views and the overall atmosphere of the club. The comfortable accommodation and attentive staff further enhanced my visit. I would highly recommend Safari Club 4 for a wonderful experience.

No international TV channel or Netflix

As earlier i was visited safari club 4 for many time times and experience was Exceptional but this time they disappoint me Room was not well clean Door lock was broken Room for 2 person but only 1 dental kitt Bed sheet was out dated and also fluffy AC not working well And also commode was broken.

Staff was cooperative Check out extended for 2 hours on my request Location is good

I am comparing it with my experience in 2019 in same property. It has deteriorated from cleanliness point of view, Everything is now looks very old, carpets, beds linen, towels, Some maintenance was going on and there was noise, I think, have not been maintained to the extent required. Wash rooms were not cleaned well Wash room counter cabinet was broken,

Breakfast has been reasonably good.

A bit more variety or choice of food in the breakfast could have been offered. Also, the furniture provided wasn't suitable to sit and eat. As there was no restaurant at the facility, suitable furniture in the room could have been helpful.

Location was ideal with local stores on your doorstep. Had good WiFi property is close to Giga Mall. Spacious lounge with 2 bedrooms.

Drainage of the toilet. Very slow plus blockages. Tv should be in the lounge and upgrade to a smart tv.

As soon as I entered I was greeted well. The person at the desk (Shahzaib) was excellent. I was literally few minutes and everything was completed really quick.

The toilets and shower need to be improved. Toilet rolls were missing. The towels need updating.
