Th location is great! A few local Chinese and several Japanese restaurants all within walking distance from the hotel . A favorite French bakery and coffee shop nearby for a quick breakfast. Hotel is on the MRT red line that can take you to Central. You can walk over to the harbour as well should you be able to walk 15 to 20 minutes away from the hotel.

More Lighting could be better. A bit dark but very soothing in the evenings. And the drainage smell from the bathroom could be managed better.

We did not book accommodation here, and breakfast was included. Therefore, I don't know if it's good or not. However, it's probably as good as it looks in the dining room

Overall, our two-night stay at Xi Hotel was satisfactory; however, there were issues with the behavior of the two front desk staff members. Unfortunately, I don't recall their names, but one of them worked during the afternoon and night shifts. Despite this, we had a positive experience in the morning. The air conditioning was effective, the room was clean, and the bathroom had good water pressure. The hotel is conveniently located for travel.

location: fantastic! it was near everything we want to go and near the MTR stations too. a very convenient location. surroundings also had a lot of food and shoppings cleanliness: room service was very helpful and they provided fresh towels everyday :) many people in the reviews complained about the cleanliness which made me rather worried before my trip but the room we stayed in was rather clean and even came with a humidifier and air purifier. very appreciated!! overall: considering the lack of space in HK the hotel room was rather spacious and cozy :)

price: 3.5/5 a little expensive but affordable compared to other hotels in HK staff: the guy at the front desk was abit rude and not helpful. but we barely spoke to front desk anyways so it doesn’t matter

What we appreciate the most during our stay at this hotel was their staff. From maintenance guy, to receptionist. They've very accommodating and friendly--all of them. We didn't have any bad experience with them. There were two receptionists--one during the day and another at night. Both of which are very friendly and respectful. But I have to mention MENTI. She even showed us store recommendations without even us asking. The staff makes up for the dusty room. Haha. 10/5 for the staff.

Room's cleanliness. Overall, we were able to tolerate the room coz the bed was okay, wasn't noisy, we had the non-smoking room and water (heater, drain) works fine. But I have to say, if someone who's allergic to dust were to stay? Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend. You'd have a horrible stay. 2/5 for this. Sorry.

very convinient location. spacious room for the entire family as it comes with sofa bed. the receptionist are very helpfull. the towel changed everyday. location near to halal food stall and walking distance to MTR station. overall is great.

the room itself is cold without turning on AC. no room heater as in other winter country. but there is hot water heater for bath.

This room was surprisingly nice to a point Quite modern. Little dark, which I didn't mind. Good use of the space and close to the bay..

The staffs tone could be a bit more nicer. But doesn't bother me.. The view was just a back of another building..but for 2 nights I wasn't in there much. Alot of small cosmetic things need attention to. 1 bathroom light was half working etc

The location is suberb, in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, walkinh distance to MRT East Tsim Sha Tsui station <Exit. N1>, restaurants, avenue of stars and other shopping area. The room is bigger than I expected. Normally the hotel rooms in HK is very small, but this one is quite big.
