We had our first night away together since our daughter was born 2.5years ago and I never slept this good in my life! The beds were so comfy and the room was super dark, which was great! The great service already started with our check in: instead of waiting in front of a counter like we would normally do with check in, we were offered a glass of cava on the terrace. A staff member came to us with a tablet to check us in there while we were enjoying the sun. Some nice details in the room, including the old-school radio. We forgot our phone charger and were able to borrow one from the hotel. Breakfast was beautiful too, with great coffee. Would definitely recommend!

We were very personally received including a welcome champagne with chips. A nice touch that there is no real reception desk, but the receptionist just joined us sitting in the lounge while enjoying the champagne. When it was raining, they had umbrellas available for us. The location (a beautiful building) is about a 10min walk to the center of Zwolle and near the train station (with Starbucks and far away enough not to hear any trains).

The hotel is lovely. Located in a quiet tree-lined street a short walk from the canal and the station. Decorated in subdued tones you are bound to find a sofa or armchair to rest and have a drink. The Coperto restaurant is amazing, at breakfast, lunch and dinner. But particularly relevant is the service!!! Absolutely outstanding.

The only thing I can think of is that the room was a bit dark and the lighting too dim.

Lovely hotel, with friendly, professional and helpful staff. Room was spacious and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast on the terrace was a real treat, we did eat in the very nice restaurant on the Saturday evening, taster menu was superb and the waiting staff were knowledgeable and very attentive. Made use of the hotel bikes and explored Zwolle, a beautiful city.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. When we got to the hotel, the staff were welcoming us nicely with a welcome drink of our choice, while our luggage was brought up to the room. The rooms were very spacious and elegantly designed. If you come to Zwolle by public transport, the hotel is minutes away from the train station and also the city center is within walkable distance. The restaurant is top-notch and the breakfast was definitely beyond our expectations. The area where you could sit down for a drink and wind down, also literally called the “living room”, made this place feel like even more homey. Apart from that, the hotel even has a little (online) shop with a selection of home-accessories and toiletries to choose from. All in all, we had a great experience and would definitely choose to stay here again when back in Zwolle.

Very well appointed and stylish hotel in an excellent location just outside the center of Zwolle. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. There is also secure (paid) parking on site which was useful.

Whilst the room has a lovely bathroom, the lights are a little dim.

Everything! Firstly, it is the location. it's just 2-3 min from the train station if you manage to use the exit of the right direction. And it's just 10min walk to the old town. Secondly, everyone staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming, making you feel like a VIP there. Their attitudes were perfect. They remembered you and tried their best to accommodate to your needs. Really appreciate that. Thirdly, the check in and out was speedy and comfortable. There was a generous welcome drink too:) Fourthly, the interior and exterior were exquisite. Lastly, the room was spacious and clean with a large comfortable bed and pillows .

The carpet in the room seemed a little aged and the design of the toilet was bland compared to every other part of the accommodation.

When coming out of our room for breakfast, the corridor was full of housekeeping trolleys and was hard to get along the corridor and they were blocking the lift. They were gone when we came back to our room.

A lovely villa set in a garden. It is close to the train station and within walking distance of town, where there are food places to eat. It has spacious rooms, big, comfortable beds, black out curtains, a coffee machine and kettle and good internet.

The room didn’t have a desk, which makes it awkward for work. There are very nice touches, but overall I thought it a bit expensive. It would have been nice if breakfast has been included in the room price. There is a small but steep set of stairs between the lift and the lobby.
