The location is excellent — no issues at all getting a taxi, Uber or Rapido. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Santosh bhay, in particular, was warm and welcoming and really made us feel at home. The suites look exactly like the photos: clean, spacious, and comfortable. They were also very accommodating with our requests getting chaie in the morning or some cold drinks.

Just a heads-up: payment is required upon arrival, so make sure your credit card is compatible with their system or have cash to pay even at 3am.

The hotel monarch bannarghatta rooms are good , the hotel doesn't have a restaurant or provides breakfast however there are very good restaurants available within 200 metres. The overall stay was satisfying. I will prefer this on my next trip.

Next room on the floor is a smoking type , the cigarette smell is very annoying in the corridor as well it's penetrated inside the room . The hotel management should restrict these unpleasant situation.

Hotel monarch international is one of the best hotels in Bangalore. The cleanliness of the hotel was top notch. The room service was superb. Stayed there for 14 days and the receptionist Dhaanish and Sufeydh made it feel like home. Everything was excellent. Would definitely go back and would recommend everyone to go there.

Clean

The bed is very spring oriented hence due to spine issues it becomes difficult. However if any hard bed option is created it will still be a good option for me in future. Request to consider the same on priority.

The rooms looks exactly like its shown in the picture, infact they are way more comfortable and would make u feel like home, the hotel staff are very helpful and the interior is also very fascinating with the perfect lighting. Overall it was amazing.

I love the hospitality of the staff. Found very helpful and cordial. Especially manager Mr.Rathan was very helpfull and actually i was booked for two days but due to situation extended another 2 days. In very short notice he help me to continue in same room.

Bed matress is very uncomfortable. It was like a loose spring. Very bad for the back. Could not sleep on the matress.

Hotel location is good on the mail road make it very easily accessible & Staff are very polite and friendly - Manoj from front desk did a good job in handling quick check-in.

If food arrangement was there than it would have been the best thing ever. Since hotel does not have mess it was not possible.
