My second stay at the Park in a relatively short time period. Would struggle to stay anywhere else in Bangalore now. Not a massive hotel in terms of rooms, so feels boutique-esque but big enough that you are left to your own devices. Rooms are very well kept, cleaned and maintained. Staff are exceptional - special shout out to Puja at reception and Captain Arun in the restaurant - and will help you with whatever you need; issues with room, recommendations, anything. Breakfast is very good, nice variety of dishes which rotate to keep you interested. Staff remembered my order and often had everything made for me by time i'd sat back down. Aqua Bar is also very good - very quickly resolved an issue with a double charge on my card without any fuss - and nice and atmospheric in the evenings. Some small, but nice touches - doormen will walk to your taxi with an umbrella if it's raining and walk you in, clothes get folded by housekeeping if you're lazy like me, water bottles to your room at any time of day or night. Difficult to qualify, but the vibes are also good. Everyone always seemed pleased to see me - I was sad to leave, and will definitely be back.

Very minor issue, but sometimes if i got back from work early I had to wait for my room to be cleaned. Housekeeping were always able to prioritise if you ask them.

Beautiful hotel, excellent service, renovated rooms, great water pressure in the shower, lots of great tasting food options and outdoor space. The newly opened Italian was a surprise...perfect thin crust on our individual pies with A+ service. Shoutout to our server Pansy who had a beautiful smile the entire time. Also shoutout to Muskan at reception who assisted us during check-in/ check-out. The room was newly renovated with Italian marble everywhere. Very cool and trendy decor. Although they are not the largest rooms, the high style and cleanliness, make it a definite winner

The spa and gym were not accessible due to stair repairs. The bathroom would be tight for two, however I was travelling alone. No issues with the size of the shower.

Great location, great breakfast. Easy to arrange for pick ups from taxis as is a well known establishment in Bengaluru. Aqua bar is a nice place to sit with a beer. Rooms exquisitely kept and I was upgraded free of charge on arrival! Housekeeping happy to rearrange cleaning if you are working in room. Staff were able to help with queries and concerns about Bengaluru.

Minor complaint - certain rooms may be overlying the club part of the hotel. On the one club night that overlapped with my stay my room was literally vibrating from the bass. Staff were good about it and apologised and kept me updated with anticipated finish time. However may be off putting to some people.

I was staying @The Park Bengaluru after almost 20 years. I have to say I am glad I chose The Park from my other stay options. Right from the time we checked-in reception team of Sujal, Nayantara, Arushi took great care in ensuring that our stay @The park was delightful. The early check-in provided was a boon to rest our tired bodies after a long flight in. Raj on concierge duties ensured that our luggage were well taken care. Jagath manning the fitness center helped us get the morning workouts done without any issues. Rajesh & Anjali took great delight in making sure that our breakfast’s were wholesome and on time. All in all the Property met our expectations and beyond. Thank You Team The Park!!

The location is great. Room is well designed - loved the in-room decor. The bed is perfect. The balcony view is amazing - and I slept so well and had an amazing morning simply because of that balcony view. Breakfast was lovely. The fresh dosa/ eggs/ omelette counter is a gift seriously - I needed something with only 1 egg because of my dietary requirements, and they made something with a single egg, I appreciate that.

No dislikes - however, the property needs to pay attention to certain details such as small chips and cracks on the walls and the woodwork and the panels etc. Of course, this is a unique property with its quirks - but these little bits definitely need maintenance.

The room was large and clean with a lovely balcony. Comfortable beds and efficient air con. Good sized, efficient bathroom. The staff were all really friendly, helpful and hard working and we enjoyed the craft beers and lovely reasonably priced food that we ate sitting outside at night on the terrace surrounded by trees and plants. Excellent selection of breakfast items including bacon. We booked the hotel car to take us to Mysore and Oblish (hope that I’ve spelt that right) our driver really looked after us well. I wanted to get a Sim card and he went out of his way to help me get one. Even making himself late back to the hotel to try and get me sorted. Thank you again :) We hope to return to Bangalore and would definitely stay at this hotel.

The food choices were excellent and the Chef very receptive to any suggestions. The Pepper steak was so well cooked that you could cut it with chopsticks ! The staff is exceptionally polite and the location is amazing right across a mall and with Natures Basket next door !! The beers available on tap were mind boggling! Keep it up !

The soap dispensers dispense micrograms of soap -quite frustrating There is no hook for the hand towel Room fridge was not cooling well . Plants neglected not watered and cigarettes stubs from previous clients left the the plant pots .

It was great experience to stay at this property. Overall staff and facilities were really good. Morning breakfast had decent selection of indian and continental options, the taste itself was quite good. I'd return and book again here.

Not much to unlike. But I did misplaced my sunglasses in the hotel, either in my room or during breakfast. I'd suggest to keep valuables inside locker provided. The hotel staff tried to find this, so I don't want to fault them for not finding it. I'd probably book this hotel again as this is probably my carelessness

The hotel is in a convenient location, and the rooms are very comfortable and updated. It is kept clean. Food for breakfast was delicious, a good variety of options every day

The only thing to mention is the music from the club across the road, in the night it can be heard if you are staying in the front rooms facing the street however it didn't bother us to much as we were to tired and slept throught it but might bother some people. Corridor/hallways could do with an upgrade to match the upgraded rooms. Also, check-in staff needs to be a bit more clear on confirming checkout times, where things are located, like breakfast and times for breakfast, as we were staying for the first time.

Good hotel near MG Room..Excellent Staff..especially Sandeep and ?Hyati ( Room service) and James in the Dining Room...Room was good..Shower was ok.Good breakfast spread..Free wifi with good reception. Close to lots of shops and opposite to the mall.Auto stand closeby. Excellent hotel for the money. Well definitely stay again if we visit B'lore again.

Nothing much except shower could have had water more hotter than just being like warm. Otherwise no complaints.
